Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Abnormal Return (AR), Trading Volume Activity (TVA), and Profitability on Firm Value in Conventional Banking Companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. Employing purposive sampling, a sample of 13 pharmaceutical companies was selected. Secondary data was collected and analyzed using Eviews 10. The findings reveal that CSR, AR, TVA, and Profitability significantly affect Firm Value in Conventional Banking Companies. Additionally, the combined effect of these factors on Firm Value was observed. The implications of this study underscore the importance of incorporating CSR initiatives, managing abnormal returns, monitoring trading volume activity, and enhancing profitability to enhance firm value in the banking sector. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and scholars seeking to maximize firm value in the global banking industry. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the influence of financial literacy, family financial education, and lifestyle on financial management behavior, with a focus on the mediating role of financial self-efficacy. A purposive sampling technique was used, resulting in 105 employed respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis in the SmartPLS application. The findings indicate that financial literacy does not directly impact financial management, but family financial education significantly influences financial management behavior, both directly and through financial self-efficacy. While lifestyle does not have a direct effect, it exerts a significant influence on financial management behavior through financial self-efficacy. These results have implications for promoting effective financial education within families and fostering financial self-efficacy to enhance overall financial management behavior in communities. Abstract

This scientific article presents a community service initiative aimed at enhancing the self-awareness of women (housewives) in Durung Banjar Village, Indonesia, regarding environmental cleanliness and waste management. Through counseling and knowledge sharing activities, the project fostered a deeper understanding of the impacts of cleanliness on the ecosystem. The methodology involved observation, permit management, activity design, and engaging sessions encompassing counseling, videos, and discussions. The study's outcomes underscored the significance of waste processing for economic benefits, contributing to a sustainable and environmentally conscious society. The documented results, including activity videos and news articles, highlight the importance of promoting environmental stewardship and sustainable practices among global communities. Abstract

Pengolahan sampah dengan teknik upcycle dimaksudkan untuk mengubah limbah plastik menjadi lebih bermanfaat dan bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan di Desa Durung Banjar,Candi, Sidoarjo, dengan pemberdayaan wanita. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu memberikan pengetahuan, kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan, dan pengolahan limbah tanpa mencemari ekosistem. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat antara lain; (1) Focus group discussion (2) Pembuatan mesin upcycle limbah dengan bahan utama plastik dan mesin yang memanfaatkan barang-barang bekas. (3) Knowledge sharing dengan tema menjaga kebersihan dan pengelolaan limbah (4) Penerapan mesin daur ulang Upcycle pada limbah plastik (5) Diskusi tentang pemanfatan produk daur ulang. Aspek keilmuan sains terapan diimplementasikan dalam penggunaan mesin upcycle. Luaran pengabdian masyarakat berupa produk mesin daur ulang upcycle, produk peralatan rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan ini akan didokumentasikan dalam bentuk video kegiatan, dan dipublikasikan dalam prosiding seminar nasional, dan publikasi pada dalam jurnal nasional pengabdian masyarakat terakreditasi.
