<![CDATA[Abstrak Sholat adalah kewajiban bagi semua muslim tanpa terkecuali. Namun, tidak semua muslim memahami tata cara pelaksanaannya sesuai tuntunan Rasulullah SAW. termasuki dosen dan karyawan Politeknik ‘Aisyiyah Sumatera Barat. Kegiatan ini dirancang dalam bentuk pelatihan secara luring dan daring yang melibatkan dosen dan karyawan sebagai sasaran kegiatan sekaligus menjadi contoh bagi mahasiswa dan lingkungan dalam institusinya sebagai tujuan dari kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan pemahaman praktis dari dosen dan karyawan dalam pelaksanaan ibadah sholat yang dikerjakan setiap hari di kampus. Sedangkan hasil pemahaman dosen dan karyawan dibuktikan secara kognitif yang diperoleh secara praktis dalam kegiatan workshop melalui tata cara praktis ibadah sholat melalui praktik lansung oleh peserta dengan bimbingan nara sumber. Kata Kunci: Sholat, ibadah, Politeknik ‘Aisyiyah Sumatera Barat. Abstrak Prayer is an obligation for all Muslims without exception. However, not all Muslims understand the procedures for its implementation according to the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad. including lecturers and staff of Polytechnic 'Aisyiyah West Sumater. This activity is designed in the form of a work shop that involves lecturers and employees as the target of the activity as well as being an example for students and the environment within the institution which is the goal of this activity. The results of this work shop activity can be seen from the increase in practical understanding of lecturers and employees in the implementation of prayer services that are carried out every day on campus. Meanwhile, the results of the understanding of lecturers and employees are proven cognitively which is obtained practically in workshop activities through practical prayer practices through direct practice by the participants with the guidance of resource persons.
