Abstract

The research theme is the concept of business according to Islamic economics. The research objective is: to analyze recruitment, selection and placement according Islam. Research is the study of literature. Islam is the Religion of Allah. The rules of Islam come from God. God has sent down Al-Qur'an as a guidance to the ummah of Islam in the running of every aspect of life. The hadith is also used as the basis of muslims. So also the thing with the Islamic concept of human resource management. This paper describes how the Islamic perspectiveregarding the process of recruitment, selection and placement of human resources. How the process and implementation of recruitment, selection and placement in Al-Quran and Hadith to be guidelines for muslims.

Abstract

The theme of the article is the banks and financial institutions. A technological development affects all aspect human life. This also happens in the banking world. Technology provides many benefits for banking, but on the other hand the development technology causes work lost in certain positions that affect the recruitment of human resources. This paper describes how banks apply technology in the era digitizing and how it effect the recruitment of human resources.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of the quality of mobile banking Bank Syariah Indonesia on customer satisfaction. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the answers of 88 respondents who are ASN UIN Imam Bonjol Padang as customers of mobile banking BSI The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable quality of mobile banking has an influence on customer satisfaction from the results of hypothesis testing or t-test, a significance value of 0.000 < than 0.05. From the simple linear regression equation, the X regression coefficient is 0.518 which states that if the quality of mobile banking services (X) increases by one unit, then customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.518 or 51.8%. In the R-Square coefficient of determination the effect of mobile banking (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.713=71.3% and the remaining 28.7% is influenced by factors other than service quality that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze positive organizational behavior consisting of emotional intelligence, positive communication and work happiness and its effect on the performance of employees of pt pln (persero) upt padang. Source of data by distributing questioners to pln employees related to the variables studied and then processed with spss using the t test to see the effect of variable x on y, and see the effect of x on simultaneously. . From the processed data results reveal that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee performance, then positive communication and work happiness have a positive effect on the performance of pt pln employees.
