Abstract

The Dana Punia box security system is a security that can be monitored with online chat media in order to minimize crimes that occur in temples. This tool will work after connecting to the internet via ESP32 which can detect nearby Wifi networks. The hardware consists of the NodeMCU ESP32 board as the main controller, the telegram application as a message/notification receiver, a magnetic sensor as a notification if there is an act of theft and a fingerprint as access to open the money box. Based on the results, it can be concluded that this tool can work according to the designed working principle. This is indicated by the operation of the telegram application as a recipient of messages notifications, and a magnetic sensor as a notification if there is an act of theft and a fingerprint which is a tool to open the money box. Abstract

Cities in Indonesia are currently developing smart cities. Denpasar City can be the best practice of developing a smart city in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the processes and factors that influence the process of Denpasar City in achieving the first rank of the smart city. This research uses a qualitative inductive approach with a case study strategy. The results of this study reveal that there are three stages by the City of Denpasar in achieving the first rank of smart city, namely stage I of ICT development, phase II of community development and the presence of PRO Denpasar, stage III of the innovation-oriented smart city. This study also found that Denpasar City developed two new dimensions, namely smart philosophy and smart creativity. The two new dimensions are not found in the theory or development of smart cities in other cities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between rice growth parameters and vegetation index data from Landsat 8 satellite imagery. This study was conducted for six months and is located in Klungkung Regency. Each vegetation index was then associated with rice growth data. The results showed that the growth pattern of rice followed a parabolic curve whose shape was influenced by the growth parameters. There is a close relationship between the rice growth parameters and the vegetation index value. The vegetation index, which closely relates to all rice growth parameters, is RGVI, IPVI, and TVI, with an average R2 value of 0, respectively. .9328, 0.9066, and 0.8862, and the average SE values were 0.0637, 0.0872, and 2.2071, respectively. Each vegetation index has its advantages in predicting and determining the parameters of rice growth, including; (a) NDVI and DVI are suitable for estimating the age of rice, (b) RVI and TVI are suitable for estimating land cover by rice, (c) IPVI is suitable for estimating leaf chlorophyll values, (d) SAVI and MSAVI are suitable for use to estimate the height of rice, and (e) RGVI is suitable for estimating the number of clumps of rice.

Abstract

Lahan Sawah Dilindungi (LSD) merupakan isu yang berpengaruh terhadap tata ruang di Indonesia, termasuk Kota Denpasar. LSD dimaksudkan untuk menjaga keberlangsung lahan sawah, sehingga swasembada beras tetap terjamin ditengah keterbukaan investasi di Indonesia. LSD perlu tersinkornisasi terhadap rencana tata ruang untuk mewujudkan tata ruang yang harmonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian LSD terhadap Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan spasial menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluas 570,3 delineasi LSD tidak terakomodir dalam RTRW dan terdapat 292,57 Ha kawasan pertanian RTRW diluar LSD yang dapat dipertimbangan menjadi LSD. Berdasarkan analisis ZNT, total Rp. 40,062,807,707,060.00 masuk dalam LSD, sehingga berpotensi terjadinya penurunan harga tanah dikarenakan tidak dapat dibangun. TDR dapat dijadikan pertimbangan kebijakan untuk menjaga keadilan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat.
