<![CDATA[Abstrack- This study examines the effect of user trust and ease of use on the use of the online credit system on the kredivo application during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on trust and ease of the kredivo application. The author uses 100 samples of respondents to the people of the city of Bandung. Collecting data using a questionnaire with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the trust and ease of users of the online credit system in the kredivo application had a strong relationship seen from the size of the correlation with a contribution of 54.1%. This study shows that trust and user convenience have a simultaneous effect. And this study also shows that trust has a positive and significant effect on the online credit system on the kredivo application during the covid-19 pandemic and user convenience does not affect the use of the online credit system on the kredivo application during the covid-19 pandemic. Abstrak- Pada penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepercayaan dan kemudahan pengguna terhadap penggunaan sistem kredit online pada aplikasi kredivo dimasa pandemic covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada kepercayaan dan kemudahan terhadap aplikasi kredivo. Penulis menggunakan 100 sampel responden kepada masyarakat kota bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan dan kemudahan pengguna terhadap sistem kredit online pada aplikasi kredivo memiliki hubungan yang kuat dilihat dari ukuran korelasinya dengan kontribusi sebesar 54,1% . Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan dan kemudahan pengguna berpengaruh secara simultan. Dan penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap sistem kredit online pada aplikasi kredivo di masa pandemi covid-19 secara positif dan signifikan dan kemudahan pengguna tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem kredit online pada aplikasi kredivo di masa pandemic covid-19.]]>
