Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of contextual approach-based animation media in Physical, Sport, and Health Education (PJOK) learning for fourth-grade elementary school students. This research is a development method that refers to the ADDIE model. ADDIE development research consists of five stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The data analysis technique of this research uses the results of the review of learning content experts, learning design experts, and media experts in the form of input, feedback, criticism, and suggestions for improvement contained in the questionnaire and the percentage score. The results showed that the learning animation media based on the contextual approach PJOK for fourth-grade elementary school students produced learning products suitable for the learning process. Thus, this study concludes that by learning resources using animated media based on a contextual approach, students are more enthusiastic by having a high interest in learning.

Abstract

Abstract: Sports in the era of covid-19 have become a powerful weapon to maintain psychic and physical health for the public. But the question arises, what kind of exercise is good to do in the era of covid-19? Good exercise certainly exercises improves cardiorespiratory and muscle fitness. But sometimes the understanding of physical activity and exercise is still wrong. Physical activity is synonymous with daily activity while exercise is systemized and structured. In addition, regulating the exercise dose including intensity and volume is one of the problems. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of the preparation of exercise programs and analyze the enthusiasm of students to take part in self-body weight training. The research method is a survey, the instrument is a questionnaire, and the participants are 34 students of the Semarang Poltekkes male and female genders. The results that student enthusiasm was 60% very high, 38% high, 32% moderate, 21% low, and 1% very low. In conclusion, most students have a high enthusiasm for participating in training, then students state that they understand the content of the material and can compile an exercise program simply by paying attention to the principles of FITT (frequency, intensity, time, and type).

Abstract

Student motivation in learning basketball can affect their academic achievement and sports performance. Coaches have an important role in increasing student motivation in school through basketball learning. However, there have not been many studies that examine the role of coaches in increasing student motivation through basketball games at school. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of coaches in increasing student motivation through basketball games at school, as well as to find out what methods and strategies can be used by coaches in increasing student motivation. This research uses a literature study approach by searching various databases and information sources, such as scientific journals, books, and online articles. The data obtained is then analyzed and compiled into a synthesis. The results of this study show that the role of coaches in increasing student motivation through basketball games in schools is very important. Coaches must be able to build good relationships with students, provide positive feedback, and provide challenges that match students' ability to increase their confidence and motivation. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it is suggested that basketball coaches in schools should pay more attention to their role in increasing student motivation. The coach must master various effective methods and strategies to increase student motivation in learning and playing basketball. Trainers should also pay attention to the balance between theory and practice, as well as adopt the latest technologies and innovations to increase student learning and motivation.
