Abstract

One of the success of village development is very, by the role of a Village Head, thus the role of a Village Head is very important and very necessary in the village development process in order to facilitate development and increase community awareness to participate in village development, one of the villages is the Village Mahato, Tambusai Utara District, based on the results of observations and preliminary surveys by researchers of the phenomena that: first, there is a village development concept / model that can be an optimal solution in efforts to alleviate poverty and increase agricultural and plantation products for the people of Mahato Village, second, implemented village development in a sustainable manner because it has a very clear concept and this will guarantee a sustainable development. third, human resources in the village, both the apparatus and the community, make a major contribution to the implementation of village development itself, this is obtained because of the awareness of local entrepreneurs to be involved in the development of Mahato village, and other resources such as the Regency and Provincial APBD and APBN through Village funds. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The details of the informants used in this research are as follows: 1 person Village Head, 1 Village Secretary and 6 Village Officials, 4 Hamlet Head, The role of the village head as a mobilizer, namely the village head to mobilize or invite the community to jointly take concrete actions to develop the village. In increasing public awareness to participate in every activity, there are various ways that the Village takes in inviting the community in every activity, this is done to facilitate the implementation of development in the Village and so that the Mahato Village residents are accustomed to positive planned village activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Biro Kesra Sekda Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Hasil pengujian regresi linier sederhana menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 14.009 + 0.863X1 + e. dimana hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa koefisien regresi variabel motivasi sebesar 0.863 mengandung arti untuk setiap peningkatan Motivasi sebesar satu satuan akan menyebabkan meningkatnya semangat kerja sebesar 0.863 serta memiliki arah pengaruh yang positif. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji parsial membuktikan bahwa Motivasi mempunyai thitung 7,924 > dari t tabel 2,021 yang menjelaskan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai Biro Kesra Sekda Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Besarnya R Square berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan SPSS 25 sebesar 0,623. Dengan demikian besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja adalah sebesar 62,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,7% adalah dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penulisan ini

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat respon mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Pengantar Makro Ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitaif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang yang mengambil mata kuliah Pengantar Makro Ekonomi, yang menjadi sampelnya ada 50 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang program studi manajemen. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket respon mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data bahwa pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen pada mata kuliah Pengantar Makro Ekonomi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Respon mahasiswa juga sudah menyenangkan dalam pembelajaran daring, terlihat sebanyak 80% merespon menyenangkan atau Sangat Siap, dan 20% merespon cukup menyenangkan atau Kurang Siap. Pembelajaran daring jika dilakukan dengan kesiapan yang baik maka akan mampu meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan pada Program Studi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Tahun Akademik 2020-2021. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa lintas angkatan yang pernah mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran daring. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket pertanyaan atau kuesioner yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan pada Program Studi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang mampu mengarahkan untuk belajar mandiri dan terampil menggunakan perangkat teknologi. Pembelajaran daring dapat membantu mahasiswa dan dosen untuk berinteraksi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya serta besarnya pengaruh metode pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa STIEPembangunan Tanjungpinang yang terdiri dari 2 angkatan yaitu angkatan 2019 dan 2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yangdigunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh positif dengan tingkat signifikansi0,0000 terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang di masa pandemi Covid-19. Artinya semakin baik kualitas pembelajaran daring maka semakintinggi minat belajar mahasiswa. Besarnya pengaruh metode pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa hanya sebesar 29,6%. Itu artinya meskipun signifikanakan tetapi kemampuan dosen dalam melaksanakan metode belajar daring tetap memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk belajar.

Abstract

This research is aqualitative descriptive research that aims to provide policy alternatives for Regional Economic Recovery Budgeting, Labor-Intensive Programs and Social Safety Nets for the Government of Tanjungpinang City in the 2021 planning and budgeting process as an effort to overcome the economic and social impacts on society after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out by interview methods, data analysis is inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalizations. Based on a study of the Tanjungpinang City RKPD for 2021, it can be formulated as many as 32 programs and 39 activities which can be grouped into, the Regional Economic Recovery Program as many as 21 programs and 25 activities with a budget of Rp20,392,960,733,00, the Labor Intensive Program consists of 5 programs and 5 activities with a budget of Rp50,643,400,000,00, the Social Safety Net Program consists of 6 programs and 9 activities with a budget of Rp34,813,067,000,00.

Abstract

Public accountability is the obligation of the regional government, in this case the Regional Head as the mandate holder from the community, to convey accountability for all activities and funding during the fiscal year period in the form of a report and explain it to community representatives, in this case the DPRD, which is then agreed upon as a regional legal product. Regional Government Financial Reporting consists of 7 (seven) types of reports, namely Budget Realization Reports, Reports on Changes in Budget Overbalances, Cash Flow Reports, Operational Reports, Reports on Changes in Equity, Balance Sheets and Notes to Financial Statements. Furthermore, the benefit of this writing is to become a reference for executors preparing local government financial reports in compiling and harmonizing Regional Property Reports and Regional Government Financial Reports. In addition, several implementative steps will be given in this alignment. The results in this writing are that in the Management of Regional Property which includes the Administration of Regional Property must still refer to the applicable regulatory provisions and implementative steps in this alignment, namely by preparing SOPs for Administration of Regional Property, compiling and preparing Manual Working Papers As Material for Implementing Regional Property Reconciliation, verifying and correcting expenditures where budgeting errors occur and conducting BIMTEK as well as socializing guidance and performance monitoring of the User Property Management.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani Sumber Rezeki Dusun 1 RT 01 Desa Sri Bintan merupakan bagian dari dusun yang terletak di Kecamatan Teluk Sebong, Kabupaten Bintan. Kelompok Wanita Tani Sumber Rezeki memiliki unit produk usaha salah satunya adalah keripik singkong pedas dan original. di alam dedikasi dibuat dalam lokasi ini, tim menggunakan metode pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan cara praktek langsung bersama anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Sumber Rezeki dalam membuat keripik singkong pedas dan original di rumah. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat khususnya Kelompok Wanita Tani Sumber Rezeki dapat meningkat produk keripik singkong pedas dan original yang memiliki kadar minyak rendah hasil keripik bisa lebih bagus dan tahan lama.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of motivation on performance improvement at the Riau Archipelago Development Administration Agency. This type of quantitative research is used in this study. The analytical technique used to determine the impact of motivation on performance is to analyze the data and apply the results to the entire population. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a study using classical assumption instruments and analysis to find out whether the assumptions made in this study are correct or not. In addition, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be used to determine whether there is a correlation between variables. The results of the linear regression test give the regression equation Y = 14.009 + 0.863X1 e, where these results indicate that for each unit of increased motivation, morale increases by 0.863 and has a positive impact. Based on the research results it is known that the value of motivation is 7.924. This value is greater than the value of 2.021 which is the limit of tcount, meaning that motivation partially has a significant impact on the performance of employees of the Riau Islands Development Administration Agency. Based on the results of the analysis, the R-squared value is 0.623. The magnitude of the impact of motivational variables on performance is 62.3%, while the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other factors.
