Abstract

Inflation can be said to have a major influence on the exchange rate fluctuations. If the inflation rate in Indonesia increased substantially while the rate of inflation in the United States is relatively fixed it will make the price of products in Indonesia is becoming increasingly expensive. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze which of the variables of inflation, exports and imports, and interest rates are the most dominant influence fluctuations in the US dollar against the rupiah in Indonesia. Data obtained from research literature (library research) and the Research field (field research. The analytical method to be used is as follows: Multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), Unison Significance Test (Test F) and Individual Significance test (t test). The results showed that all three variables simultaneously research is the inflation rate, 1-month SBI interest rate, and the value of exports and imports significantly affect the magnitude of the increase in the exchange rate against the US dollar. Then the third partial test of these variables to changes in the exchange rate against the US dollar, then you see the three variables that did not show any significant effect. although the three variables does not indicate that the significance of the effect on the rupiah against the US dollar, but if compared to the three variables, then the inflation rate further demonstrate its impact on the rupiah against the US dollar. sequentially, 0.2209, and -0.243, and using a significance level of 5%, the obtained value of 1,706 t-table. Large t-test for the inflation rate is thus showing -0.3611 -0.3611 <-1.706 with a probability level of 0.721> 0.05, it can be explained that the inflation rate does not significantly influence fluctuations in the exchange rate of the US dollar against the rupiah. For SBI rate 1 month acquired by t-test 0.2209 <1.706 with a probability level of 0.8270> 0.05 also shows that the rate of 1-month SBI rate showed no significant effect on the fluctuations in the exchange rate of the US dollar against the rupiah. T-count value to the value of exports and imports amounted to -0.2430 <-1.706 to 0.8100 probabiliti levels> 0.05 indicates that the value of exports and imports do not give a significant influence on the exchange rate of the US dollar against the rupiah in Indonesia.

Abstract

The application of appropriate technology in the form of electric stirrer and storefront of donut product storagehas been implemented appropriately and targeted to the business partner of Roti Sari and Dian Jaya Bakery Businesslocated in Kupang city. Until now the process of stirring, pengulenan or pengenyalan on household industry partners arestill done manually with simple equipment. In order to increase the added value and selling value of donut cake products,baking cookies, Bolu cake, it is necessary to synergy between universities with partners in the form of application ofappropriate technology for the development of science and technology. The method of this program is the provision ofmaterials, design and manufacture of tools, demonstration tools and equipment by the team, simulation tools, specialcounseling at the location of partners and suggestions as a follow-up in the endurance of production and assistanceactivities. This community service offering provides added value of production in terms of time and speed in massproduction, hygiene and clean. Increase the product value in quality or quality and quantity quantity is estimated from 3kg - 5 kg of raw material to 10 kg - 15 kg per cycle of production. Product demand increased after this activity. productionper day from 10 kg to 20 kg of wheat raw material after baking dough, processed, fried, sliced, and packed into 400 - 600donuts and fried bread Rp. 800 - 2,000.00 per seed. Interview results in partners explain this product in a day generaterevenue Rp. 600,000.00. Electrical stirrer and storefront of donut product storage help to overcome problems to partners

Abstract

Community Partnership Program electric stirrer and storefront products for donuts, bread cakes and traditionalcakes have been implemented at business partners H. Harawiah and Toko Ujung in Kupang's Penfui market. Activitiesinclude the assembly of electric stirrers and cake display cases, training on the use and workings of tools, the process ofoperation and maintenance of electric stirrers and donut product storage window, assistance and reporting activities. Electric stirrer is a square steel plate, steel stirring rod, stirrer container, stirrer and electric dynamo. Stirrer specifications of dough capacity of 2-5 kg, dimensions of 60cm x 45cm x 53cm, stainless steel, 350 watts of power and 900-1200 rpm. The productstorage window is a 5mm aluminum and glass rod, dimensions of 100 cm x 40 cm x 100 cm. The method of implementation isthe provision of materials, the design and manufacturing of tools, demonstration of tools and the provision of tools by theteam, simulation of tools, counseling at partner locations and contributing to production resilience and mentoring activities.This community service output provides added value in terms of production, time and speed in mass production, and inhygienic and clean storage. Increase added value and selling value of donut cake products, fried bread cakes, traditional cakeswith a capacity of 2-5 kg driven by electricity, labor efficiency, increase partner productivity by producing 10-15 kg of breadper day or a mixture of 400 - 700 donuts, fried bread cake, traditional cake. Interviews with business partners receive a grossprofit of IDR 375,000.00 - 500,000.00 per day or 11,250,000.00 - 15,000,000.00 per month. Also partners put in a displaycabinet from this program

Abstract

This community service aims to empower junior and senior high school students to improve their knowledge, abilities and skills in playing NTT ethnic traditional musical instruments as an effort to preserve local culture, especially traditional musical instruments. Implementation methods are designed based on community empowerment methods including identification of schools and target participants, preparation of training tools and materials, provision of materials, introduction of sasando daun traditional musical instruments, recognition of tone and sound, training and use of playing sasando daun traditional musical instruments and monitoring and evaluation and sustainability. This activity is carried out on St. Catholic Catholic Middle School students Familia and Kupang Superior Generation Christian High School, each 20 students. The results of the activity showed that as many as 40 participants were able to play the Sasando Daun  traditional musical instrument skillfully, skillfully and well. It is expected that with the presence of 40 students the students will be able to direct and motivate other students to play the traditional Sasando Daun musical instrument so as to be able to preserve the NTT ethnic culture, especially maintaining the ability to play this instrument. For the continuation of the activities of all these students will be included in the appearance of the traditional Sasando Daun musical instrument play in various events in Kupang and outside Kupang and formed the Sasando Traditional Music Art Unit.

Abstract

The Determination Factor Analysis Research that has Influenced the Consumption Pattern of Makassar Indonesian Nobel Students Living in Kos with the aim to find out simultaneously the influence of Allowances, Scholarships, Savings and Gender on the Consumption Patterns of Makassar Indonesian Nobel Students in Makassar. This research uses quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression. The data of this study uses primary data in the form of data about the characteristics of respondents obtained by direct interviews using questionnaires by containing several questions related to the dependent variables used and secondary data in the form of data obtained indirectly to obtain student data obtained from online portals STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar and the database of the Indonesian Nobel Makassar Accounting and Management Department. The variable (X) is in the form of allowance, variable (D) is in the form of Scholarship, Savings, Gender and variable (Y) is in the form of consumption. The population of this research is the students of all Makassar Nobel Indonesia students who live in boarding houses. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample criteria used are Nobel Indonesia Makassar students who live in boarding houses near the campus and easily accessible. The number of samples in this study were 126 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results show 1). Allowance (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the consumption patterns of Makassar Indonesian Nobel students who live in boarding houses (2). Scholarship (D1) has a positive and significant effect on the consumption patterns of Makassar Indonesian Nobel students who live in boarding houses. (3). Savings (D2) does not affect the consumption patterns of Makassar Nobel Indonesian students who live in boarding houses. Gender (D3) does not affect the consumption patterns of Makassar Indonesian Nobel students who live in boarding houses. The linear regression equation obtained Y = 3,910 + 0,698 X1 + 0,653 D1 - 0,051 D2 + 0,066 D1 + ????µ

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non finansial dan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar (2) variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawa pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 respoden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar, Penelitian ini mengguakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel kompensasi finansial dan non finansial berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (2) Kompensasi finasial dan non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (3) variabel non finansial adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of financial and non-financial compensation and partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar (2) the most influential variable on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are employees of PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar, This study used multiple linear regression analysis method and data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial and non-financial compensation variables have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (2) Financial and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the work of employees at PT. Abstract

The sea fish caught by fishermen which are abundant in the province of East Nusa Tenggara have become one of the endless marine products, especially for groups of marine workers to be managed and utilized to produce value of goods that are of great selling value so that they can provide added value in income and increase the economy of marine workers, especially groups. the main catchers are fishermen and their families. Every day fishermen sell their catch fish both traditionally and with the use of machines and technology to second consumers in large volumes and with various types of fish. occasionally, the marketed fish is completely sold out to a second consumer, as a result it has to be stored or preserved in other forms that can long time such as being made into salted fish or dried fish. Another method taken is processing the fish caught by sea workers into other products that can be sold and are durable in the form of product diversification. This partnership program is expected to be an alternative fulfillment of family nutrition, especially animal protein, which is attractive to housewives and fishing families. Also increasing the added value, knowledge, use and processing of animal protein sources which can increase the nutritional value, texture, processing and products as a form application of university for science and technology, resulting products can be a form of effort to increase the income of fishermen's families so that the community of marine workers can be helped in economic problems.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world including Indonesia since early 2020 has had The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of company size and net working capital towards holding cash with profitability as an intervening variable. This Research uses quantitative methods with 2013-2017 observation years. The research sample consisted of 15 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the method used was purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed the size of the company had a negative and not significant effect on profitability, net working capital was positive and not significant on profitability. Company size, net working capital, and profitability have a positive and significant influence on cash holding. Profitability is not able to mediate the effect of company size on cash holding.But profitability is able to mediate the effect of net working capital on cash holding

Abstract

This community service aims to train teenagers and homemakers to improve their skills in producing and marketing plant-based nuggets to form young entrepreneurs in the Bonto Langkasa sub-district, Pangkep district. This service method was carried out through stages 1) Pre-implementation of activities, including analysis of partner situations, obtaining permits, and providing facilities and services for service activities; 2) The implementation of the extension includes the delivery of materials, two-way discussions, and production practices by the participants. 3) Evaluation of activities. Thirty participants attended this activity until the activity ended. The results of this service activity showed that 100 percent were happy and enthusiastic about this service activity. This activity can provide knowledge about simple bookkeeping, marketing, and producing processed organic vegetable nuggets to form new entrepreneurs. The existence of community groups in Bonto Langkasa Village, Pangkep Regency, especially young women and housewives who can process and produce organic vegetable nuggets, can improve family nutrition and increase people's income if marketed. The contribution of this service is organic vegetable nuggets that are of high quality, clean, and safe for consumption and marketing.
