<![CDATA[After receiving the status of being a resident and undergoing the rehabilitation process, the negative stigma they received from the community had an impact on their self-assessment. During the pandemic, which limits the scope of socialization and activities as well as government programs for lock down, of course it will limit the number of visits by family members, reducing resident interactions with people from outside rehabilitation. Research This research on "The Relationship between Family Support and Self-Acceptance in Rehabilitation Residents at LRPPN Bhangkara Indonesia Medan" aims to see the relationship between family support and self-acceptance of Rehabilitation residents. The type of research used is quantitative research. It is called quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers and data analysis uses statistics. The sample taken in this study is the rehabilitation resident of LRPPN Bhayangakara Indonesia, Medan who has undergone the rehabilitation process with a total of 26 people. Based on the results of the study, the value of R = 0.331 indicates the relationship between the two variables is in the low category. The resident's family support is not related to the self-acceptance of the rehabilitation resident of LRPPN Bhyangkara Indonesia Medan]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of emotional maturity on free sex behavior conducted by adolescents in Pencawan high school Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection is done at Pencawan high school Medan. Research subjects are high school students with sample size 56 students. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling. Data collection tools such as the scale of emotional maturity and the scale of free sex behavior. Test the validity of the instrument using Corrected Item-Total Corelation test. The instrument reliability test is calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data analysis using simple regression technique on hypothesis test with significance value 5%. The results showed that there is a significant influence between emotional maturity on free sex behavior in adolescents in Pencawan high school Medan with effective contribution of 24.3%. The equation of the regression line is Y = 102.714 + (- 0.689) X. The conclusion of this study is the emotional maturity of adolescents in Pencawan high school Medan is in the high category, free sex behavior in adolescents in Pencawan high school Medan is in the low category, and emotional maturity can predict free sex behavior in adolescents in Pencawan high school Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of learning the present College students ' demands for more independent and disciplined in their learning process and set a time. Living in the dorms provide impact for students in terms of their learning process. There are students who are so viewed roommate studying, the student finally join the study. There are also seeing roommates play, the students eventually also come into play. This research aims to know the relationship of the concept of the self with the self-regulated learning on the student boarder University Sari Mutiara Indonesia. The sampling techniques used, namely cluster random sampling. The population of this research is a student boarder University Sari Mutiara Indonesia as many as 180 respondents. The number of samples that is as much as 64 respondents. Test analysis using pearson product moment correlation. The results showed that the concept of the self is the student boarder positive majority of 80%, self-regulated learning student boarder majority simply amounted to 66%, there was a significant relationship between the concept of the self with the self-regulated learning on the student boarder. Where the results of a correlation between the concept of the self with the self-regulated learning of rxy = 0619. Advice to a student boarder is advised to be able to recognize the ability of self, able to set up a schedule of learning and able to fit in with their learning environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Narcotics can make people who use it forget everything important in their lives such as forgetting who they are, the people closest to them, far from their religion and worship and losing what is the meaning of life that they have trusted before using narcotics. Therefore, religious or religious guidance is highly prioritized in a rehabilitation institution to regrow the meaning of life of the narcotics user who was lost due to a wrong decision for using narcotics which made him far from religion and also far from the meaning of life. This study was conducted with the title religiosity relationship with the meaningfulness of life on drug users who are undergoing rehabilitation at the Bhayangkara Narcotics Abuse Prevention Rehabilitation Institute (LRPPN-BI) Medan with a sample of 30 people, this study was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS Version 22 program. The results showed there was no relationship between religiosity and the meaningfulness of life of drug users who were undergoing rehabilitation with a very weak / low correlation category (no correlation).]]>

<![CDATA[Entering retirement, the individual will experience an important change in the development of his life, which is marked by social changes. Changes caused by this retirement period require adjustment. Someone who is facing retirement needs social support in facing retirement. This quantitative study aims to determine the effect of social support on retirement adjustment in Fodo Village, South Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City with 34 samples taken in this study. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between social support on self-adjustment with a correlation coefficient (R) of 54.3% which means that there is a fairly close relationship between social support and retirement adjustment and the coefficient of determination (R square) indicates that adjustment self-retirement is influenced by social support by 29.5%.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources are an important factor in a company. The psychological climate that employees experience through the company environment will have an important effect on the readiness for change that will be faced by employees. A good psychological climate that results from the corporate environment will make employees better prepared for any changes that occur. This study aims to determine the psychological influence on readiness for change in employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. This research is an influential quantitative research. The sample taken in this study is the office employees of the directors of PT. Perkebunan Nuantara III (Persero) Medan, so the sample in this study was 87 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that R = 0.506 means that there is a relationship between the psychological climate and the readiness for change by 50.6%, which means that it has a high enough relationship. Meanwhile, R square of 0.256 means 25.6% variance of readiness for change office employees of the board of directors of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan which was corrected by climate psychology, the rest by other factors. The aspect of perceived meaningful contribution and the aspect of management support is the aspect of the psychological climate which has a significant and positive effect on readiness to change.For the F test, the significance is 0.000 <0.05, so in accordance with the basis for decision making in the F test it can be rejected that it is accepted or in other words the simultaneous psychological climate of the readiness for change employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Teenagers who are dating go through a lot of anxiety, rashness, internal and external conflicts because they need to adapt to their physical and psychological adjustment problems. The consequences and impacts of adjustment problems in the adolescent phase will lead to violence in dating. Female victims who experience dating violence both physiologically and psychologically from their lover and then break the relationship, instead of getting peace they actually get post- violent trauma called PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). This research is entitled “Case Study of the Effect of Hypnotherapy on the Reduction of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in Adolescent Female Victims of Dating Violence” is aimed at seeing the effect of hypnotherapy on the reduction of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in adolescent females who are victims of datting violence. The research design is mixed methods research (MMR) and is a pre-experimental design, one group pretest-posttest design. Subjects in this study amounted to 2 people as indicated PTSD and 1 subject as data triangulation. PTSD was revealed through the PTSD Scale with a total of 92 statements. The results showed that WA subject after being given the intervention decreased from the category of severe PTSD symptom degrees with a number of 245 to the category of mild PTSD symptom degrees with a score of 170. And AV subject after being given the intervention decreased from the category of mild PTSD symptom degrees with a number of 216 to the category of mild PTSD symptom degrees with a number of 158. The results of descriptive statistics on the pre-test with SD= 20,506 and the results on the post-test with SD= 8,485. This shows that hypnotherapy has been proven to reduce PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in adolescent girls who are victims of dating violence.]]>

<![CDATA[Anxiety arises when individuals are faced with certain situations that threaten themselves. This anxiety arises from the assumption that because they are not sure of their competence, they are one of the factors causing the emergence of fear and worry in final semester students about the possibility of getting a job that creates a feeling of insecurity. This study aims to see the effect of self-confidence on anxiety facing the world of work in final semester students at the Pharmacy Study Program, Sari Mutiara University, Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research. It is called quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers and data analysis uses statistics. The samples taken in this study were students of the Pharmacy Study Program, Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia class of 2017 who were in the process of working on a thesis with a total of 60 people. Based on the results of the study, the value of R = 0.75 indicates the relationship between the variables of self-confidence and anxiety in dealing with the world of work in the final semester students of the pharmacy study program at Sari Mutiara University, Indonesia. The value of R square = 0.06, the number has a meaning of 0.6% while the remaining 94% is influenced by other factors. High self-confidence in students in the final semester of the pharmacy study program does not have an effect on anxiety in dealing with the world of work.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and anxiety to face the world of work at the final level students. The hypothesis proposed is the existence of a negative relationship between, social support with anxiety facing the world of work at the final level students. The subjecks in this study were as many as 100 final year students in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. The sampling technique in this study was the proportionate stratified random sampling technique used because the population had members/ elements that were homogeneous and proportionately proportional. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of social support and scale of anxiety facing the world of work, based on the validity and reliability on the scale of social support obtained 49 valid items with Alpha Cronbach reliability coefficient if the Alpha value >0.60 reliable. Obtained 14 valid items with Alpha Cronbach realibility coefficient if the Alpha value >0.60 reliabel data analysis method used is a statistical method using Paerson Product Moment.Significance value is 0.369 if Sig 0.05 the data meets linear. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the hypothesis tested in this study was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant, and negative, relationship between social support and anxiety the world of work at the final level students.]]>
