Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the process and result of applying The 7 Habits method that can optimization personal awareness in group B TK Negeri Pembina Surabaya. This study uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart procedures which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique consisted of quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis is presented in the form of tables and graphs. While qualitative data analysis using technique according to Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data display, and verification collected through personal awareness instruments, interviews, field notes, and documentation. After the first cycle of action, the average value of 68,47%. Then after second cycle of action, the average value increase to 84,17%. It can be concluded that by using the 7 Habits method can improve personal awareness in children.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the influence of the level of breastfeeding in the cognitive orientation of children4 – 6 years old in Malang. This study uses analytical research methods using a descriptive cross sectional approach or in other words the study uses the type of correlational research. The sampling techniques on this study were taken with random sampling cluster techniques. While sample data sources are selected purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection instruments to assess the rate of feeding is the feeding questionnaire and the biodata of parents and children. To assess the level of intelligence conducted IQ test with WPPSI test instrument (Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence) conducted by a psychologist. Data analysis on this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data analysis was conducted to see the level of cognitive feeding for children aged 4 – 6 years. It will be described through descriptive statistics presented in the form of tables and graphs. From the study of the rate of breast feeding in the orientation of Islamic children 4 – 6 years old in Malang, only 54% of the proportion of mothers give exclusive breast milk to more than 4 months. Infants with an exclusive rate of breastfeeding of no more than 4 months have a risk of 7.325 times greater to develop a distorted development compared to a child who is given more than 4 months of breastfeeding. Children with long lactation ≥ 6 months have higher cognitive function than children with long lactation < 6 months. Based on the objectives and results of synthesis analysis can be obtained several conclusions that there is relevance between the perspective of the Qur'an about the delivery of breast milk with the results of research.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh tingkat pemberian ASI dalam orientasi Islam terhadap kognitif anak usia 4 – 6 tahun di kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional secara deskriptif atau dengan kata lain penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional (correlational research). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Sedangkan sampel sumber data dipilih secara purposive dan bersifat snowball sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data untuk menilai tingkat pemberian ASI yaitu kuesioner pemberian ASI serta biodata orang tua dan anak. Untuk menilai tingkat kecerdasan dilakukan tes IQ dengan instrumen tes WPPSI (Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence) yang dilakukan oleh psikolog. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan untuk melihat tingkat pemberian ASI terhadap kognitif anak usia 4 – 6 tahun. Hal tersebut akan dideskripsikan melalui statistik deskriptif yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Dari hasil penelitian tentang tingkat pemberian ASI dalam orientasi Islam terhadap kognitif anak usia 4 – 6 tahun di kota Malang, hanya 54% proporsi ibu yang lama memberikan ASI Eksklusif pada bayinya lebih dari 4 bulan. Balita dengan riwayat tingkat pemberian ASI Eksklusif tidak lebih dari 4 bulan mempunyai risiko 7,325 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami perkembangan yang menyimpang dibandingkan dengan anak yang diberi ASI lebih dari 4 bulan.Anak dengan lama menyusui ≥ 6 bulan mempunyai fungsi kognitif lebih tinggi daripada anak dengan lama menyusui < 6 bulan. Berdasarkan tujuan dan hasil analisis sintesis dapat diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa terdapat relevansi antara perspektif al-Qur’an tentang pemberian ASI dengan hasil penelitian.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain the process and out come of the reward system that can improve self-regulation in group BPKK kindergarten Lidah Kulon II Surabaya in 2014.This study uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart procedures which consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. The data analysis techniqueconsistedofqualitative anddescriptive statistics are presented in tables and graphs. Qualitative data analysis using the techniques according to Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data display, and verification collected through self-regulation instruments, interviews, field notes, and documentation. After the first cycle of action, the average value of 68,47%. Then after second cycle of action, the average value increase to 84,17%. Abstract

Learning media development pop-up-based science is a means to help children understand and improve the cognitive ability of children in science. The purpose of this research is: (1) to develop learning science through the media pop-up, (2) to know the application of learning science through the media pop-up, (3) to find out about learning student understanding of science after using the media pop-up. This research uses the methods of research and development (R D ). This study refers to the development of the model of the Dick and Carey. Procedures for developing instructional media pop-up-based science uses several steps, as follows: needs analysis, product design, design and conduct formative evaluation (testing for individuals, the Council groups small, field trial), revision. The results of the validation of the content reaches the level of the validity of the 82%, design validation media reaches 91% and the validity of the classroom teacher reached 90%. This suggests that the learning media worthy and this can be used in the learning process. The cognitive ability of children who use the media pop-up learning increasing, it can be seen from the average percentage value before tests from 61.1 be 88.3. So, by using the pop-up media children understand more about the learning of science
