<![CDATA[Attendance lists are an important part of managing the teaching workforce in schools. However, at SDN Kalirejo 1, they still use the manual attendance list. The purpose of this study is to design an attendance system using an excel-based RFID that is reliable and can be used by agencies within a certain period of time. The method in this research has several stages, namely planning, designing, coding and testing. The results of the research that the SDN Kalirejo I agencies 80% agree, with the presence of an Excel-based Arduino RFID presence system. The use of this system will be easier because the recording process is done automatically, and the use of this system will minimize time because the attendance input process is done by scanning. The implementation limitations of making this attendance list system include the RTC must remain on, the RFID tag in the form of a card, the system users are all employees of SDN Kalirejo I and only one admin. In designing an application, limitations are needed so that the application that is designed does not go out of the initial plan of application design. There are two types of system requirements, namely functional requirements and non-functional requirements. This research resulted in testing the text document software successfully appearing in the excel application. In hardware testing, the Serial Number/Code on the RFID tag is read by the RFID reader. Serial Number/Code that is read on the RFID Reader can be converted into text format. The converted serial number/code has been successfully saved to the SD card in the form of a text document format ABSTRAK: Daftar hadir merupakan bagian penting untuk mengelola tenaga kerja pendidik dalam sekolah. Namun di SDN Kalirejo 1 masih menggunakan daftar hadir manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem kehadiran menggunakan RFID berbasis excel yang handal dan dapat digunakan oleh instansi dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Metode dalam penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa instansi SDN Kalirejo I 80% setuju, dengan adanya sistem kehadiran RFID arduino berbasis excel. Penggunaan sistem ini akan memperoleh kemudahan karena proses rekapan dilakukan secara otomatis, dan penggunaan sistem ini akan meminimalisir waktu karena proses input kehadiran dilakukan dengan cara scan. Batasan implementasi dari pembuatan sistem daftar hadir ini antara lain RTC Harus tetap menyala, tag RFID berupa kartu, pengguna sistem adalah semua karyawan SDN Kalirejo I dan hanya satu admin. Dalam merancang suatu aplikasi, dibutuhkan batasan-batasan agar aplikasi yang dirancang tidak keluar dari rencana awal perancangan aplikasi. Terdapat dua jenis kebutuhan sistem yaitu kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan non fungsional. Penelitian ini menghasilkan di dalam pengujian software text dokumen berhasil muncul di aplikasi excel. Dalam pengujian hardware Serial Number/Code pada RFID tag terbaca oleh RFID reader. Serial Number/Code yang terbaca pada RFID Reader dapat di convert menjadi format text.
