Abstract: Education is a milestone in the progress of civilization; a nation would be stronger if the education is well managed. Vice versa, the decline or collapse of a nation will be started if the management of the nation's education was not good. Abstract: Hasan al Banna, one of Islamic prominent figures,was born at the end of 20 tahun century. His ideas andmovement together with ikhwanul Muslimin had arousedfighting spirit of Islamic society in order not be left behind.Returning to the life inspired by al-quran and as sunnah is themission of the movement led by Hasan al Banna. Although thisIslamic renewal figure had passed away, his thoughts still existin Islamic society’s life. The collapse of the Abbasid sovereignty at the end of the period 635 H / 1258 AD political Islam has caused the loss of influence in the world. Even after the fall of the Abbasid caliphate was established in the form of several dynasties and kingdoms, such as; Mughal empire in India, Safavid empire in Persia and the Ottoman Empire in Turkey. However, the establishment of the dynasty and the government is not much help because it only operates in the field of internal development of science. In fact even the emergence of dynasties that only widen the political disintegration of the Muslim world. No doubt in the last phase of the decline of the Islamic caliphate, the Ottoman Caliphate since turned into a secular country that pioneered by Mustafa Kemal. The chronic backwardness of Islam, on the other hand Europe (Western World) revolutionized civilization as aukflarung renaissance, and rationalism that gives excesses of the industrial revolution in Europe. This article will discuss about the issues of reform in the Islamic world historical perspective.تسبب انهيار لسيادة العباسية في نهاية الفترة 635 ه / 1258 م الإسلام السياسي فقدان نفوذها في العالم. حتى بعد قيام سقوط الخلافة العباسية في شكل عدة السلالات والممالك، مثل: إمبراطورية المغول في الهند، الإمبراطورية الصفوية في بلاد فارس والإمبراطورية العثمانية في تركيا. ومع ذلك، وإنشاء أسرة والحكومة لا تساعد كثيرا لأنها تعمل فقط في مجال التنمية الداخلية من العلم.في الواقع حتى ظهور السلالات التي توسع فقط التفكك السياسي للعالم الإسلامي.لا شك في المرحلة الأخيرة من ضعف الخلافة الاسلامية، الخلافة العثمانية منذ تحولت إلى دولة علمانية التي كانت رائدة على يد مصطفى كمال.التخلف المزمن من الإسلام، من ناحية أخرى أوروبا (العالم الغربي) ثورة الحضارة مثل النهضة، والعقلانية التي تعطي تجاوزات الثورة الصناعية في أوروبا.هذه المادة سوف يناقش حول قضايا الإصلاح في منظور تاريخي العالم الإسلامي.

Abstract The city of Palembang experienced a slow growth process of the city below 1990. In the globalization era, the social mobility process experienced by the people of Palembang city gave birth to a new class in the society which allegedly would later change the religious expression. Therefore, the problems in research are: how the development of religious expression of Palembang city community in the era of the 1990s. Second; whether that led to changes in religious expression in the city of Palembang from the era of the 1990s to the current era of globalization. The development of religious expression of Palembang people in the 1990s can be seen from the background of the understanding of the religion which is the embryo of Islamic history entering Palembang, then the background of social change by showing the religious social behavior of paradox, and the last condition of economic growth rate. While the cause of changes in religious expression in the city of Palembang from the era of the 1990s to the era of globalization today is caused by several factors behind the emergence of change and continuity of religious expression of the city of Palembang is caused by two things: first; intellectual shift of moslem society of Palembang city; and second; collide with the flow of globalization within the city of Palembang. The government through the law makes a policy to aggressively seek rehabilitation for the drug users. This is done in the context of tackling the abuse of narcotics in Indonesia. Thus, it is necessary to study the policy objectives based on the perspective of maqashid sharia by conducting qualitative research using secondary data. From the results of the research, the Indonesian Government has implemented rehabilitation sanctions for the narcotics user because the users are victims of other people's crimes, namely illegal narcotics dealers. If a narcotics user is given a sanction of imprisonment / imprisonment, it will have a worse impact and cannot eliminate his dependence on narcotics. Seen from the perspective of maqashid sharia, this government policy does not conflict with the objectives contained in the maqashid sharia concept, as the goal of rehabilitation which requires the users to be aware of their mistakes, so that they will become better humans both towards their God and those around him.

The result of this research is that exhibitionism actors can be caused by two factors, namely the first (internalinternal) factor, which is anfactor that comes from the actor's self which is seen from the psychological and biological side, the two (externalexternal) factors, namely thefactor. actors who can be influenced by the environment, there are no special factors that cause an exhibitionist because the causative factors depend on the condition of the actor and his environment. In Islamic Criminal Law exhibitionism is snared withpunishment, Ta'zir namely in accordance with the ijtihad judge's, the judge determines whether the perpetrator is guilty or not according to the conditions mentioned, in the Nash al-Qur'an and Hadith the punishment for exhibitionism has not been clearly regulated, because exhibitionist this is an issue that recently appeared or happened today and not yet known in ancient times because that sanctions exhibitionist according to the laws of this research includesresearch, empiricalwhereas the specification of this research is qualitative descriptiveanalysis,pedekatan main pursued is obtained through approaches with the law and approach to cases that occur in some areas. This study aims to find out how the perspective of maslahah mursalah regarding the program of 5 priority issues that exist in the PPPA Office of South Sumatra Province and what efforts can be made in terms of dealing with issues that occur in the community. The approach method used is a qualitative method or commonly known as the naturalistic observation method. The results of the study show that the 5 priority issues according to the perspective of maslahah mursalah are in line with the principles of maqashid Syariah and the rules of fiqh. Meanwhile, in handling the case, the efforts that the PPPA Office of South Sumatra Province can do are through advocacy, outreach, and coordination.

One way to get a mate that is done by Muslims is ta'aruf. This ta'aruf process usually begins by exchanging personal biodata or what is known as a CV mediated by a mediator or a third party, namely a teacher, ustadz or ustadzah. Along with the development of the era, the practice of ta'aruf can also be done online. This research aims to find out the perspective of Islamic law on the online ta'aruf process.This research was conducted using a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The approach used is an empirical normative approach. This research was conducted at the Palembang online dating agency CV. The results of the study stated that there were processes that had to be carried out by ta'aruf participants, starting from filling out the form to meeting the parents of both sides of the ta'aruf pair if the ta'ruf was successful. All of these processes are always accompanied by a third party, namely an ustad or ustadzah from Palembang's online dating agency CV. Some of the social media used in Palembang's online dating agencyCV which helps its development, such as Instagram, Whatshaap, Facebook and websites. In the study of Islamic law, the ta'aruf process is appropriate because its implementation is always accompanied until the end, that is, the couple agrees to marry or cancels the ta'aruf. This is done so that each party avoids bad things, such as fraud, adultery or things that are close to adultery and so on.
