Abstract

PT. Anugerah Starindo Sakti which focuses on mining, especially on desiccant mining, is located in Pamotan Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province. Based on the overburden stripping production data at PT. Anugerah Starindo Sakti could not achieve the production target. After doing multiple linear regression analysis with the results 641,63=698,66-91,28X1-81,48X2 and assuming that when standby time and repair/breakdown time is worth 0, then the linear regression results are X2=-1,667X1+0,7with a maximum limit of 1.3 hours for standby time and repair/ breakdown time of 17.5 hours. Regression results that show a coefficient of determination of 0.98 and a correlation coefficient of 0.99 or which means the effect of loss time on the amount of production is 99%. Therefore, it is better to make improvements to the inhibiting factors (loss time), especially improvements to standby time and repair/breakdown time

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Starindo Sakti Award for 31 days. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a significant relationship between overburden stripping production and loss time. Because stripping of overburden is an activity that affects mining activities, the researcher is interested in analyzing every mining activity, especially in stripping the overburden layer at the mining front at PT. Starindo Sakti Award using a Kobelco SK-200 excavator. To determine whether or not the relationship between overburden stripping production and loss time is significant, the F test can be carried out. find out the deviation of the data. After conducting the F test, it turns out that the relationship between overburden stripping production and loss time is significant (very influential), as evidenced by the results Fhitung of 686 and Ftabel of 3.34 with a standard error of 5,8.

Abstract

PT. Starindo Sakti Award is the place to carry out this research which is located in Pangandaran. This study uses the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method to optimize mining equipment in achieving production targets for overburden stripping. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a method that has been accepted globally to measure the level of a company and the potential for improvement of the production process. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) aims to evaluate the performance of an equipment used in industry. The factors to be calculated on the OEE component are: Availability Factor, Utilization Factor, Speed ​​Factor, Bucket Factor, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of Equipment. The results of the calculation of overburden production using the OEE method after improving working time by reducing standby time and increasing operating hours, the overburden production obtained from the Kobelco SK-200 excavator is 20,160.22 BCM. While the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value of the Kobelco SK-200 excavator after repairs is 60%.
