Abstract

Abstrak: Keberhasilan perempuan pengusaha di Indonesia tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan kepribadian perempuan. Persepsi gender dibuat oleh konstruksi sosial-budaya. Konstruksi sosial-budaya dapat dilihat dari budaya keluarga mereka. Tulisan ini akan menjelaskan tentang peran ganda konflik yang akan muncul pada wanita karir. Ada tujuh aspek dalam konflik peran ganda menurut Kopelman & Burley. Aspek tersebut adalah masalah mengasuh anak, kebutuhan sepihak dalam pekerjaan rumah tangga, komunikasi dan interaksi dengan keluarga, waktu yang terbatas untuk keluarga, tekanan kerja dan tekanan keluarga, dan persepsi suami tentang peran ganda wanita. Seorang wanita pengusaha bisa sukses ketika dia dapat memainkan peran ganda dengan baik. Titik awal keberhasilan perempuan pengusaha adalah saat mampu mengurangi penyebab konflik peran ganda. Penyebab konflik peran ganda adalah faktor pekerjaan, faktor keluarga, faktor masyarakat, nilai individual. Jadi, menjadi pengusaha wanita sukses akan mulai dari mengurangi konflik pribadi dan mereka memiliki keyakinan nilai-nilai individu pada peran transisi, peran ganda, Peran egaliter dan peran kontemporer. Abstract: The success of entrepreneur women in Indonesia are not only influenced by internal factors and personality of women. The perception of gender was made by social-culture construct. Socio-cultural constructions can be seen from their family's culture. It will describe on dual roles of conflict which will appear in a careerwomen. There are seven aspects of the dual role conflictsaccording to Kopelman & Burley. They are parenting problems, necessity from a kind of parties in the household jobs, communication and interaction with family, limitedtime for families, job pressure and family pressure, and perception of husband about the dual role of women.An entrepreneur woman can be successful when they can play multiple roles well. The starting point of the success of entrepreneur women is able to reduce the cause of dual rolesconflict. The cause of dual rolesconflict are work factors, family factors, community factors, the value of the individual.So to be successful woman entrepreneur will start from reduce a personal conflict and they have the confidence of individual values on transitionsrole, rolesmultiple, egalitarianrole and rolescontemporary. Abstract

Every competitive company faces a challenge of how to get the best way to seize andmaintain the market share. Applying the promotion strategy such as advertisement is onesolution. In contemporary marketing, the existence of advertisement is to create the requirementof the product in customer’s mind.In fact, there are many violations of advertisement ethics in general which are related tobusiness competition or to the real function of an advertisement itself as a procuct information.There is a kind of formula for advertising from Islamic ethics which can be used as as an ethicalconsideration.The principles of unity, responsibility and desire in the freedom, goodness and thetruth are the principles which have to be the basic of advertisement ethics and make possible forthe advertiser to respect the truth and goodness.

Abstract

Dealing with taxation in Cilacap Regency, an MoU was conducted between Cilacap Regional Police and the Regional Revenue Service Unit or Samsat Cilacap. The signing was to help the government raise awareness of paying taxes for motor vehicle owners. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of taxation, tax sanction assertiveness, and service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer decisions in Cilacap district. The results of this study that tax knowledge has no effect on taxpayer compliance. Firmness of tax sanctions does not affect taxpayer compliance. Beer service quality has an effect on tax compliance. Knowledge of taxation, the firmness of tax sanctions and the quality of service together affect the taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia perbankan syariah tidak lepas dari peran para nasabah yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap pihak perbankan untuk penyimpanan asset keuangannya. Faktanya banyak kelompok nasabah yang memutuskan untuk menjadi nasabah di perbankan syariah karena faktor religiusitasnya. Faktor lain yang dapat ikut mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah adalah kualitas produk. Di mana kualitas produk merupakan karakteristik yang melekat dari suatu produk. Kemungkinan yang terjadi bahwa kebanyakan nasabah pada perbankan syariah juga masih merupakan nasabah perbankan konvensional.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan tingkat religiusitas nasabah terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya atau tidak di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan jumlah sampel 100 nasabah. Diperoleh hasil Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Berdasarkan uji F yang sudah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan religiusitas secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Berdasarkan uji t yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa secara partial baik variabel kualitas produk maupun variabel religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. The progress of the Islamic bank cannot be separated from the role of its customers who give trust to the bank to deposit their financial assets. It is a fact many groups of customers decide to be the customers of the Islamic bank because of their religiosity. The other influences factor of a customer’s decision is the quality of the product. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and level of customers’ religiosity towards customers’ decision whether to keep their funds in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Purwokerto, or not. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 100 customers. The results indicate Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Based on F, it can be seen that both variables of product quality and religiosity simultanously affect the customers’ decision to keep theirfunds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto. Based on t test, it can be seen that independently, either variable of product quality or variables of religiosityinfluences the customers’ decision to keep their funds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto.

Abstract

The development of Islamic economic thought in Indonesia is still considered only in the banking and financial sector. So, necessary a process to be able to unify the concept of Islamic values ​​and economic concepts so that the Islamic economy can unite at the empirical level. It is hoped that the integration between Islamic values ​​and economic values ​​can broadly describe the concept of Islamic economics. This process can be successful if it is supported by the instruments, especially humans as the main instrument. One of the figures of Islamic economic thought who integrates theory and practical level is Adiwarman Karim. It offers the concept of Islamic economics in all aspects and fields of Islamic economics and business. The thought structure adopted by him is fundamentalist-intellectual-professional, so the concept of Islamic economics offered is the design of Islamic economics. Epistomologically, the background behind Adiwarman getting this idea is based on formal education and the practical world. The methods of obtaining knowledge are historical, fiqh and economic approaches. Then for the contribution of thought seen in the concept of monetary, a good competitive, foreign exchange control and inflation, money, zakat, Islamic banking, conversion to Islamic banks.
