Jatim Expo Surabaya merupakan sebuah gedung yang mewadahi sebuah kegiatan Convention dan Exhibition yang didalamnya melibatkan banyak orang. Gedung ini dapat menampung 10.000 orang sekaligus. Dengan banyaknya pengunjung, maka terciptalah interaksi antara pengunjung terhadap pengaturan (setting) lingkungan gedung Jatim Expo. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik pengunjung Jatim Expo menggunakan karakter atribut perilaku (kenyamanan, visibilitas, aksesibilitas, dan adabtabilitas) pengunjung. Sehingga dapat diketahui hubungan persepsi dan atribut perilaku pengunjung Jatim Expo terhadap pengaturan ruang yang nyaman untuk pengunjung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa kuesioner untuk responden dan metode kualitatif berupa analisa secara deskriptif terhadap objek yang diteliti. Pengaturan ruang yang dibahas yaitu berkaitan dengan kenyamanan pengunjung saat menghadiri gedung Jatim Expo, kemudahan menemukan ruang-ruang, kemudahan mengakses ruang-ruang, dan kemudahan beradaptasi pengunjung terhadap ruang 1 ke ruang lainnya. Hasil kuesioner pengunjung dihubungkan dengan pengaturan ruang yang terdapat di Jatim Expo kemudian hasilnya dapat berupa kesimpulan atau rekomendasi.

Batik is one of the superior products in Indonesia, Batik products stretching from Sabang to Merauke. The famous batik product in Indonesia is Madura Batik, which has special characteristics in Indonesia. CV Bintang Abadi which houses several batik makers in Batik Klampar Village, Kec. Proppo, Kab. Pamekasan has advantages in terms of color and batik design. As revealed in previous studies, if the advantage is believed to be hereditary from families who had previously pursued Batik. Besides Batik Klampar has the advantage of products that can be proud of in the District. Pamekasan because it is quite well known in Madura. The problem of CV Bintang Abadi which houses several Batik Klampar crafters is that they do not yet know the brand, and do not know how to reach markets outside the city of Pamekasan. As a result, in CV Bintang Abadi in particular, and Batik centers in Klampar Village in general are mostly marketed by other parties with different names, besides that Batik Klampar center products become less developed because they only become producers that sell in the Pamekasan region with competitors in the Klampar batik alone and are less well schemed with managerial product marketing. Through the service of the RISMI scheme, it is hoped that there will be a tactical scheme to support and improve the rule model of the communication strategy of the CV Bintang Abadi promotion which houses several Batik Klampar Villages through applied technology production in the form of Android Applications, and Online Marketing as a result of previous research. Applied service with the RISMI scheme will be carried out in Klampar Village, Proppo District, and Pamekasan Regency. This service will not only implement technology, but there will be an approach related to the business assistance of Batik Klampar products involving DKV and Architecture Study Programs and Students in both study programs

Kabupaten Magetan memiliki destinasi wisata baru yaitu wisata edukasi Kampung Susu Lawu (KSL) di Dusun Singolangu. Saat ini, program wisata KSL belum dikembangkan secara maksimal karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat setempat dalam mengelola wisata yang ada. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kurang optimalnya fasilitas pendukung wisata seperti tidak adanya penunjuk jalan dan peta di sekitar lokasi wisata. Selain itu, lokasi berada di Kawasan permukiman sehingga membuat pengunjung kesulitan untuk mengakses beberapa fasilitas umum yang ada. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2021 dan bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan membuat peta wisata dan papan penunjuk jalan (Sign Systems). Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara kepada pengelola wisata setempat. Peta wisata berbentuk billboard dengan ukuran 120 x 80 cm akan dipasang di area Pusat Informasi Wisata Kampung Susu Lawu. Sedangkan papan penunjuk jalan berukuran 50 x 25 cm akan diletakkan di lima persimpangan jalan Dusun Singolangu. Selain itu, pamflet wisata Kampung Susu Lawu akan disebarkan di sekitar Kawasan Kampung Susu Lawu dan objek wisata lain di Wilayah Magetan agar dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan berkembangnya destinasi wisata Kampung Susu Lawu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dan perekonomian masyarakat Dusun Singolangu. Magetan Regency has a new tourist destination: the Kampung Susu Lawu (KSL) educational tour in Singolangu Hamlet. Currently, the KSL tourism program has yet to be developed optimally due to the lack of knowledge of the local community in managing existing tourism. One of the problems is the need for optimal tourism support facilities, such as the absence of guides and maps around tourist sites. In addition, the location is in a residential area, making it difficult for visitors to access some of the existing public facilities. Therefore, this activity was carried out in December 2021 and aims to provide assistance and community empowerment by making tourist maps and sign systems (Sign Systems). The method used is observation and interviews with local tourism managers. A tourist map in the form of a billboard with a size of 120 x 80 cm will be installed in the area of the Kampung Susu Lawu Tourism Information Center. Meanwhile, road signs measuring 50 x 25 cm will be placed at five intersections in the Singolangu Hamlet. In addition, the Kampung Susu Lawu tourist pamphlet will be distributed around the Kampung Susu Lawu area and other tourist attractions in Magetan Regency so that it is better known by the wider community. With the development of the Kampung Susu Lawu tourist destination, it is hoped that it can improve the standard of living and the economy of Singolangu Hamlet.

Parametric design practice is thriving in the realm of architecture for the last decade. This development is caused by the dynamic progress of computational design technology allowing the designer to engage in complex geometry generation and parametric optimization in the design process. The interoperability of parametric design tool with building simulation software is the key in the parametric design trend that enables designers to solve different socio-environmental problems. Considering of its potencies and development, this study investigates how parametric design practice should be implemented in architecture education, especially in the context of Indonesia university. Reflecting on the teaching case studies in different universities, parametric design should be implemented in architecture teaching, starting from advanced 3D modelling and design fabrication practices. A framework of parametric design teaching is proposed, which can be feasibly implemented in the context of Indonesia university where the awareness of parametric design trend is just growing.

Parametric design is a new architectural design approach which is developing for the last decade. This development is supported by the advance of digital architecture technology, allowing designers to engage in complex geometry modelling and design optimization efficiently using parametric design software. One of parametric design software, Rhinoceros-Grasshopper, has been interconnected to several building simulation packages, which gives new usefulness for architectural design process. Parametric design is likely to be a standard skill that should be possessed by Architect in the future. This study discusses parametric design application for architectural design process and its trend for the context of architectural education in Indonesia. It aims to give a strategy and model instruction for parametric design teaching, especially in the university level. Literature review and Youtube Channel exploration were conducted to discuss the implementation of parametric design. In order to examine the trend of parametric design in Indonesia, the data analysis was conducted based on channel analytics from one of Youtube channel promoting parametric design and survey aiming architecture lecturer.

Semarang Contemporary Art Gallery is located in the city of Semarang. It started with being the Pastor's house and turned into several different buildings until it finally became the Contemporary Art Gallery building. This gallery building is located on the side of the city which has a high historical value so that visitors can feel the history that has happened in it. Neo Vernacular architecture is architecture that applies exist architectural elements both physically and non-physically with the aim of preserving local elements that exist in a place which then undergoes renewal towards becoming a more advanced or modern work without forgetting local traditional values. in this case the author uses a descriptive research method approach in order to find out more about the object Gallery.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi pada era industri 4.0 ini berdampak pada peran penting sebagai pegiat usaha dari organisasi maupun perusahaan yang turut serta bekerja di dalamnya mengikuti perkembangan anak muda zaman sekarang. Surabaya salah satu kota yang memiliki pertumbuhan persewaan kantor terbesar dalam hal penawaran dan permintaan. Masalah utama pada penelitian ini adalah menurunnya tingkat ke-efektivan dan efisiensi ruang kerja bagi pelaku startup digital pada perkatoran yang semakin bertumbuh terus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan efisiensi perencanaan wilayah, yang dapat menghasilkan inovasi dan membantu investor melihat dan berbisnis dengan startup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi analitik yang menggambarkan keadaan. Kemudian prosedur pemecahan masalah dipelajari melalui metode deskriptif, yaitu dideskripsikan kondisi objek atau objek yang diteliti, bisa berupa orang, lembaga, komunitas, dan lain-lain, yang saat ini berdasarkan kasat mata fakta atau apa adanya. Hasil analisis efisiensi dan dampak ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi rancangan tata ruang yang efektif dan efisien yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas pelaku usaha saat ini untuk memperluas koneksi dan membawa manfaat ekonomi bagi Indonesia.

Jalan Tunjungan akhir-akhir ini mulai hidup kembali melalui program yang dibuat oleh pemerintah kota Surabaya. Sekarang kawasan Tunjungan menjadi suatu kawasan wisata heritage yang dimiliki kota Surabaya. Sehingga, kawasan ini menjadi kawasan yang diminati untuk berbisnis dengan euforia publik yang tinggi sehingga ruang publik di sekitarnya ikut terpengaruh karena adanya program ini.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi bagaimana arsitektur yang diterapkan eksisting pada kawasan ini dengan program pemerintah kota Surabaya dapat menghidupkan kembali kawasan ini sehingga menjadi ruang publik yang diminati masyarakat dan ruang arsitektur menarik pebisnis serta masyarakat dalam memeriahkan kawasan ini.Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari mengenal sejarah kawasan Tunjungan lalu dilanjutkan dengan perkembangannya dari masa ke masa , hingga saat ini yang bisa diklasifikasikan sebagai tempat wisata heritage. Serta pengaruhnya terhadap roda ekonomi yang berjalan melalui banyak bisnis yang ada di area tersebut.
