Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the role of Forwarding PT. Dunia Trans Persada in the process of exporting glassfibre reinforced cement, to know the process of handling the export of glassfibre reinforced cement commodities using, and to know how to overcome obstacles experienced during the Export Handling Process of Glassfibre reinforced cement commodities. The method in this study uses qualitative descriptive research methods Data collection techniques are divided into 3 methods, namely observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. The results of the study obtained that PT. Dunia Trans Persada as Freight forwarding engaged in freight forwarding services as well as an agent in charge of all transportation activities from the beginning to the destination of goods, from domestic to abroad, the country where the exporter is going. PT. Dunia Trans Persada assists exporters in the provision and management of transportation and export implementation documents, prepares and carries out all services requested by exporters to ship export goods, choose travel routes, pick up goods from the exporter's place, packing, ordering ship space, and ease of customs affairs. Obstacles faced by PT. The world of Trans Persada is a busy ship schedule and there is still a lack of thoroughness in the work of employees. Kapal dengan Gros Tonage 88 ke atas yang dilengkapi dengan alat tangkap pursein rata-rata memiliki ijin wilayah tangkap yang jauh yaitu di laut Makasar, Laut Natuna, Laut Jawa dan Wilayah Indonesia Timur, sehingga dengan ijin tangkap yang jauh di laut lepas kapal-kapal ini membutuhkan alat pendingin yang bisa bertahan lama untuk menyimpan hasil tangkapanya, dan juga untuk menjaga kesegaran ikan dan kualitasnya. Akan tetapi pemasangan alat pendingin ini masih belum di imbangi dengan kompetensi pekerja pemasang frezeer. Sebagian besar pekerja pemasang freezer pada kapal ikan belum mempunyai sertifikat dalam pemasangan alat pendingin freezer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis regulasi atau aturan hukum, mengenai pengawasan pemasangan alat pendingin Freezer dan Regulasi yang mengatur tentang kompetensi pekerja pemasangan freezer serta otoritas yang mengawasi pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskripsi analitis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi atau kebijakan pemerintah yang mengatur dalam pemasangan alat pendingin freezer di kapal ikan belum diatur oleh Pemerintah yang berimplikasi perizinan dan pengawasan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung juga belum diatur.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what exporters and importers must do to obtain customs services, and know the process of export and import services through the Indonesia National Single Window at the Palembang Customs Type B Supervision and Customs Service Office. The method used is descriptive qualitative, using primary and secondary data. As well as data collection techniques used employing interviews and observations in the field as well as documentation and literature studies. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it was obtained that to obtain customs access rights, exporters and importers activate the Online Single Submission (OSS) account to get a User ID and password used to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is then used to create an Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) 2 account. Export-Import Customs Service through the Indonesia National Single Window where the exporter makes PEB and the importer makes PIB which is sent to Ceisa Export and Ceisa Import which is then checked in Indonesia National Single Window, after that enter the stripping until getting an Export Service Memorandum, while the import stripping there are red, yellow, green and MITA lines until getting a Letter of Approval for Goods Expenditure

Abstract

MARDOC application is software owned by PT. Pelindo Marine Service which is also referred to as Marine Document. The purpose of this study is to find out how the MARDOC application operates and find out the function of the MARDOC application for companies. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation methods. The results of the study stated that in the operation of the MARDOC application, service users must know the username and password to access the service as needed. The MARDOC application, especially for companies, is to facilitate service and data storage for company operational activities.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology encourages companies, especially in the hospitality sector, to follow the online sales market, one of which is Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta. e-Commerce is part of Electronic Business which is carried out using electronic transmission by experts and business people. The purpose of this study is to examine how the role of E-Commerce in managing online travel agents at Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. From the results of the study, it was found that the role carried out by E-Commerce in managing an online travel agent to attract customers to book rooms at Hotel Cavinton Yogyakarta By Tritama Hospitality is very influential in increasing revenue.
