<![CDATA[AbstrakLuka bakar merupakan suatu bentuk kerusakan atau kehilangan jaringan. Data Badan Litbang Departemen Kesehatan, luka bakar terbanyak adalah luka bakar derajat II. Luka bakar derajat II A mengalami kerusakan pada bagian epidermis dan sebagian dermis. Kuersetin memiliki aktivitas sebagai antioksidan dan antiinflamasi. Pemberian gel kuersetin dapat membantu proses penyembuhan luka bakar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian gel kuersetin terhadap penurunan jumlah neutrofil dan limfosit pada luka bakar derajat II A. Metode : Penelitiaan ini menggunakan 45 ekor tikus jantan wistar yang diberi perlakuan luka bakar pada bagian punggung. Empat puluh lima ekor dibagi masing-masing 15 tikus berdasarkan lamanya hari perlakuan yaitu perlakuan 5, 11 dan 21 hari. Masing-masing lamanya hari perlakuan dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok kecil masing-masing 5 tikus berdasarkan perawatan yang diberikan yaitu kelompok kontrol positif, uji dan negatif. Punggung tikus diinduksi dengan logam berdiameter 2 cm dengan suhu 100°C yang dipanaskan 3 menit dan ditempelkan selama 10 detik. Perawatan luka dilakukan dua kali sehari. Pengamatan dilakukan secara mikroskopik dengan parameter neutrofil dan limfosit. Hasil uji Mann Whitney berdasarkan lamanya perlakuan pada kelompok kontrol positif, uji dan negatif, menunjukkan penggunaan gel kuersetin dapat menurunkan jumlah neutrofil dan limfosit secara signifikan (p<0,05). Sehingga disimpulkan gel kuersetin berpengaruh dalam penurunan jumlah neutrofil dan limfosit dalam penyembuhan luka bakar derajat II A pada tikus jantan galur wistar. Kata kunci : kuersetin, limfosit, luka bakar, neutrofil. AbstractBurns is a form of damage or loss tissue. Based on data from the Ministry of Health Development Agency, most burns are II degree burns. II A degree burns suffered damage on the part of the epidermis and the dermis partially. Quercetin has the antioxidant activity and antiinflamasi. The provision of quercetin gel can help in the process of healing of burns. The study was intended to determine the effectiveness of the quercetin gel against the decrease on the number of neutrophils and lymphocytes in the treatment of II A degree burns. This research used 45 male wistar rats who were given the treatment of burns on the back. Forty five of rats were devided into 3 group consisted of is rats based on treatment that is inflicted by 5, 11 and 21 days. Each dayâs treatment group is divided into 3 small groups consisted each of 5 rats based on the treatment provided control group positive, test and negative. The back of a rat has induced by metal diameter of 2 cm with the temperature of 100°C, which was heated for 3 minutes and affixed for 10 seconds. The treatment burn was done twice a day. Microscopic observation was conducted with burn parameters of neutrophils and lymphocytes. The result of Mann Whitney test based on the time of treatment of the control group positive, test and negative, showed the use of gel quercetin can lower the number of neutrophils and lymphocytes significantly (p<0,05).
