Abstract

Currently obesity is one of the health problems at home and abroad. Obesity in adolescents reaches 18%, in addition, adolescents also tend to consume fast-food and softdrink to create a modern self-image in their communities and obesity is the impact of excess energy consumption in Indonesia. To find out the relationship of fast-food consumption habits with obesity in adolescents. This research uses analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was all students of Yappika Legok Vocational School, a sample used by 70 respondents and sampling techniques in each class by proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysts used are univariate and bivariate analysts with chi square tests. The results of the study obtained from 70 respondents the majority of fast-food consumption who are often obese by (81.8%) with pvalue = 0.000 means there is a relationship between fast food consumption and the incidence of obesity in adolescents in Yappika Legok Vocational School. Adolescence is still high consumption of fast food so that it makes the teenager obese, it is recommended for health workers to be more active in providing counseling and promotion about healthy lifestyles in adolescents to schools to increase knowledge, especially eating menu in accordance with daily energy needs, thus reducing the incidence of obesity in adolescents.

Abstract

Marriage is an important event in life. With marriage, a person will get a balance of life both biologically, psychologically and socially. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education and work with early marriage in young women in Mekar Jaya Village, Tangerang Regency.This research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected using quota sampling, amounting to 100 young women, the data were obtained from the Kelurahan in Mekar Jaya Village, Tangerang Regency. This study uses secondary data using a checklist sheet.There was a higher tendency for young women with lower education to marry early. Through the chi-square test, it is known that there is a relationship between education and early marriage (P-value 0,000) and there is no relationship between work and early marriage in young girls (p-value 0.675).It is hoped that related agencies will continue to take promotional actions such as education on reproductive health and providing knowledge for parents about the impact of early marriage on adolescents.

Abstract

Children's growth and development is one of the focuses in health development. Based on a survey of Indonesian nutrition studies, the prevalence of malnutrition in Indonesia is still high. The high number of cases gives an idea that there are still many babies who have growth problems. Such growth is closely related to weight. One of the ways to increase weight is with the baby spa method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Baby Spa on increasing the weight of babies aged 6-12 months at the Cinta Medika 4.0 clinic in 2022. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach with a one-groups pre and posttest research design. The sampling technique is based on the cross-sectional method with a total population of 30 babies and the samples used are 30 babies. Based on the sipel paired test results in the Baby group, the Asymp value was obtained. Sig (2-tailed)=0.000 or pvalue < 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of baby spa on increasing baby weight. Conclusion: The influence of baby spas on the increase in baby weight proves that baby spas increase weight faster in babies.

Abstract

The problems that adolescents feel have to do with menstruation. The disorder that occurs in menstruation is Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS). Pre menstrual syndrome is one of the most common gynecological diseases. More than half of women are undiagnosed and poorly managed. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and pre-menstrual syndrome in young women. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. Simple random sampling data collection technique of 50 respondents. This study used primary data using questionnaires. The results of the study obtained a statistical pvalue test = 0.025 meaning that there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of pre-menstrual syndrome. It is recommended to the community, especially young women, to be given counseling on the importance of maintaining a diet to minimize the incidence of pre-menstrual syndrome.
