Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada: (1) pembentukan kepercayaan bangunan yang berhubungan dengan filosofi kerja Jawa,Arab dan Cina pengusaha batik di Pekalongan, dan (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi membangun kepercayaan antara etnis. Beberapa teori seperti teori pertukaran sosial, teori modal sosial kewirausahaan dan teori tentang etos kerja yang digunakan untuk menilai kedua masalah. Hasilnya bahwa Jawa, Arab dan Pengusaha batik Cina memiliki aspek yang berbeda yang mendorong kerjasama antara mereka. Motif utama adalah untuk keuntungan dan memperluas bisnis. Ini berarti bahwa pertimbangan mereka bekerja sama adalah motif ekonomi lebih banyak dan transaksional. Sementara itu, membangun kepercayaan dipengaruhi oleh baik eksternal dan internal faktor.

Abstract

This research explains that among the Muslim entrepreneur of Pekalongan City, the role of trust as an output of neuro-economic process has taken a part in forming their entrepreneur mentality. The dimension of their entrepreneur mentality includes their commitment to business (commitment to chance, sources, and appearing risk), creative behavior (thinking new thing and doing new thing or create the new and different thing), confidence, responsibility, and positive thinking. This research used qualitative approach based on post-positivistic paradigm, and symbolic interactionism theory to explain. Content analysis-philosophy was used to analyze the answers of interviewee, so that the result of this research is philosophical-analytical-holistic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengasumsikan bahwa perilaku konsumen dapat dilihat sebagai suatu bidang multi-disiplin dengan subdisiplin yang lebih maju. Penelitian ini melibatkan paradigma baru dalam memandang perilaku konsumen. Riset perubahan konsumen merupakan pendekatan yang relatif baru dalam memahami identitas konsumen. Berpijak pada kenyataan bahwa banyak orang mengkonsumsi sesuatu bukan hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan tetapi keinginan mereka. Untuk itu, mereka harus menghabiskan banyak uang terus menerus sehingga Islam melarang dan menyebutnya israf, perilaku buruk, tabdzir, bahkan dapat membuat strata sosial di masyarakat. Hal ini menjadi menarik untuk dianalisis bagaimana pergeseran ini terjadi. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan berbicara tentang keputusan konsumsi oleh manusia dimana banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya seperti budaya dan religiusitas. Religiusitas juga berperan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Di samping itu, konsumsi dipandang dari perspektif identitas moral, perlu integrasi antara sistem moral dan diri. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hasrat memiliki hubungan yang mendalam dengan proses imitasi, identitas diri dan komitmen agama serta adanya fenomena pergeseran tentang fungsi nilai: dari fungsional menjadi hasrat posisional yang terjadi di sekitar masyarakat.

Abstract

Guru wiyata bhakti sebagai human resource mempunyai kompetensi nalar sosial dan nalar spiritual yang menjadi modal utama bagi performa mereka sebagai pendidik. Sikap mental didukung dengan pemahaman moral yang baik ternyata melahirkan komitmen kerja para guru yang luar biasa. Potensi ini sangat penting untuk membangun mutual relationship dari para stakeholder pendidikan, agar terwujud kualitas pendidikan yang kompetitif. Kematangan kedua nalar tersebut dalam pembentukan kepribadian yang matang pada akhirnya akan memunculkan sikap profesional dan tanggung jawab profesional. Hal ini terjadi karena secara otomatis akan memunculkan sikap moral atau integritas moral yang tinggi pula.

Abstract

Fenomena industri kecil dipandang sebagai salah satu tahap dari sebuah proses besar evolusi masyarakt di Indonesia. Pasca krisis moneter era 1997an, sektor industri justru didominasi usaha kecil dan menengah (small and medium enterprises atau SMEs). Di Kota Pekalongan sendiri, sektor industri skala mikro atau kecil mempunyai eksistensi tersendiri walaupun kehadirannya tidak jarang hanya dilihat sebagai effect multiplier dari industri-industri besar. Dengan struktur kepemilikan dan pola kerja antara pengusaha dan karyawan yang sangat unik dilihat dari sisi moral, rasional sekaligus menjadikannya sebagai modal sosial yang tidak mudah dikesampingkan begitu saja. Konsekuensinya, profil industri dalam kategori dormant cluster ini perlu didukung, dibina dan dikembangkan tanpa menghilangkan identitas mereka sebagai kaum santri.

Abstract

The understanding of teachers’ position in the educationalprocess departs from the pattern of social interaction and leads tothe pattern of educational interaction. Therefore, the discussion oftheir existence as individuals who interact with their social environmentbecomes absolutely necessary. Human existence consists of severallevels, namely: the first level, anthropological materialism, the secondlevel is biological materialism and the third levels is spiritual beings.Unlike animals, humans have a higher life that is spiritual andintellectual life. Intrinsically this level is independent of everythingthat possesses material character. In the context of work, the natureof human beings as creatures teomorfis in principle, should be definedtheologically, especially in the role of Caliph, correctly and internalizedby every human being through the achievement of the akhlakulkarimah which relies on humanization, emancipation, liberation andtranscendence. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the theological foundation in the development of batik industry. The type of this research is field research, and using the qualitative perspective. The population of enterpreneur in Pekalongan City takes in such proportion, which represents the presence of each level and variants of business community. The snowball analysis model was applied here. Triangulation technique used in order to make sure the reliability of data or sources. The research found that: 1) Batik industry also determined their understanding of human nature. The awareness that human beings should be strive and even, if it is necessary, to innovate by developing the motifs, and models of their batik products as adaptation behavior to industry revolution 4.0. 2) The common theological foundation to batik experience are: human is a creature endowed with reason, human is a creature whose have feelings, human existence is characterized by consciousness in behaving. 3) The decision making in maintaining the batik industry is also driven by transcendence factors. 4) Business situations make the informants constantly looking for mutually beneficial solutions for personal, family, work-relations, government, and the environment.

Abstract

This paper focus on the Culture-Led Development (CLD) role on the exploration of industrial and personal heritage management that encourages the development of SMEs as it has been implemented in Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam. This qualitative research with an antrophology approach was conducted with semi-structured interviews beside the observation and documentation involving 13 SMEs entrepreneurs, who have produced traditional or handicraft items, in 2018. The empirical data was used to illustrate the implementation of culture in business development. The term heritage has been identical with the sustainability of SMEs. The CLD helps change the entrepreneurs' way of thinking as it promotes innovative products that are environmentally friendly and are able to elevate cultural values and tradition. This research finds that culture and heritage-based management have strong implications for the SMEs development.

Abstract

This paper focuses on analyzing the implementation of theology in the batik industry in the process of nation building in Indonesia as a developing country. Religion becomes a code of conduct for the Indonesians. This research has a question how theology which has noble values for humanity, makes the batik industry more meaningful, boarderless and cross culture by involving various ethnicities and interfaith; Javanese, Arabic and Chinese, Muslim and non-Muslim. This study uses qualitative methods to draw data and analyze it descriptively-philosophically-sociologically. Observation, interview and documentation are the data collection techniques from primary and secondary sources. This study found that 1) theology and industry actually have a symbiotic relationship to show their respective roles in industry profiles aimed at increasing humanity, 2) through theology, the Pekalongan batik industry has changed the way humans view the meaning of work, that through theology, actors the batik industry has in fact moved their hearts, minds and deeds in creating working relationships, motives and environments both the surrounding community and the nation and country, 3) nation building in Indonesia as a developing country has unique characteristics, because the Indonesian people have a variety of cultures that are closely related with spirituality values.
