Abstract

Abstract: The training activities are based on the collaboration between the dedication team and Mandiri Bank. All activities are sponsored by Mandiri Bank. The purpose of this activity through Mandiri Bank is to foster civil servants who are about to or nearing retirement to take part in hydroponic cultivation training. In this case, Mandiri Bank provides facilitation in terms of providing funding for those who want to develop a hydroponic plant cultivation business. The activity was carried out in the North Lombok Regency Regent's Office Hall. The method of implementing the activities carried out is in the form of training on hydroponic plants along with teaching aids to facilitate understanding of hydroponic plant cultivation. The activity was made as interesting as possible, considering that the activity was carried out during the day so that a quiz or some kind of game was held to encourage the participants. In addition, the contents of this hydroponic cultivation training provide a guide regarding opportunities for business development and/or being able to cultivate hydroponic plants in the yard of the house for daily consumption. The enthusiasm of the participants was very good, as seen by approximately 50% preferring hydroponic cultivation to train other than hydroponic cultivation such as catfish and moringa cultivation.

Abstract

Pendampingan pengelolaan usaha jamur tiram di masa pandemi pada Panti Asuhan Yayasan Aminah merupakan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen STIE AMM Mataram. Pendampingan ini dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman kelompok terhadap permasalahan yang timbul dalam melaksanakan usaha pengelolaan jamur tiram. Permasalahan yang muncul pada saat pendampingan adalah masalah manajemen organisasi, manajemen usaha dan pengelolaan keuangan. Hal ini berdampak pada produksi jamur tiram tidak menentu, kebijakan usaha kedepan tidak jelas dan usaha jamur tiram ini belum memiliki legalitas usaha. Diharapkan melalui pemberdayaan ini ouput yang dihasilkan dapat membantu untuk peningkatan produktivitas dan juga berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan kelompok. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah kelompok memahami tentang manajemen usaha, kelompok memahami tentang manajemen organisasi dan pengelolaan keuangan sehingga dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tersebut usaha jamur tiram ini dapat dikelola dengan baik dan meningkatkan produktifitas usaha pada panti asuhan Yayasan Aminah

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok mitra Bengkel yaitu meningkatnya harga pakan ternak sehingga berbagai alternatif lain untuk membuat pakan ternak sendiri dengan cara budidaya Maggot merupakan salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk menambah pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam melakukan budidaya Maggot. Maggot memiliki kandungan nilai protein yang tinggi untuk pakan ternak. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan desa Midang Kecamatan Gunung Sari dengan cara ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Hasil pengabdian yaitu tingginya antusias kelompok mitra Bengkel dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Melalui pelatihan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan sampah sebagai pakan dalam budidaya Maggot. Selanjutnya Maggot digunakan sebagai alternatif pakan ternak. Target yang diharapkan dari pelatihan budidaya Maggot disini yaitu kelompok mitra bisa mengelola limbah sampah untuk budidaya Maggot dan dapat menghemat biaya pakan ternak hingga 30%.
