Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that  covered the world has entered a period of more than two years, and of course greatly affects the current pace of world economic growth. This study aims to find out how much influence small traders have on the sustainability of the economy in the East Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City throughout the Covid 19 epidemic. The study approach employed is purposive sampling method by taking samples from the population of small traders in the area surrounding the District of East Bekasi, amounting to about 100 people. The data that came in through the questionnaire from them was then processed using the latest version of SPSS. The results of the study show that small traders in this area have a significant quality of service in the economic sustainability during these difficult times.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan parsial dari variabel bebas yaitu Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja, variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Pegawai. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana perhitungannya menggunakan sampling jenuh. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Bekasi dengan sampel 61 responden. Berdasarkan hasil dalam uji parsial (T) variabel disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t-hitung 3,473 > 1,67109 (t-tabel) dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t-hitung 3,793 > 1,67109 (t-tabel) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya dalam uji simultan (F) variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai (f-hitung) sebesar 40,177 > 2,76 (F tabel) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian uji determinasi (R2) dihasilkan bahwa korelasi antara dua variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) sebesar 58,1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur bergerak dalam bidang polimer dan perwatan mobil. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Aristek Highpolymer dengan sampel 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam uji t (parsial) variabel kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 4,565 > 1.66055 (t-tabel) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,359 > 1.66055 (t-tabel) dengan signifikansi 0,020 < 0,05. Selanjutnya dalam uji f (simultan) variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 17,352 > 2,70 f tabel dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian uji determinasi (R2) dihasilkan bahwa korelasi antara kedua variabel kompensasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2 terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 26,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Tata Bangun Sarana. Respondents in this study were all marketing of PT Tata Bangun Sarana. Based on the saturated sample method, the total sample in this study was 95 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed as many as 95 copies and which can be returned and processed as many as 95 eksempalar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Training and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Fire Department. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample technique obtained by 88 samples. The method used is quantitative method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using t test and F test. The results of the study conducted in the t test (partial) training variable had an effect on performance with a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 6.173 t > table 1.988. The work environment variable did not have a significant effect on performance by obtaining a t count of 1.689 < t table 1.988 with a sig of 0.095 > 0.05. The results obtained from the F test (simultaneous) variables of training, work environment and performance affect simultaneously with the calculation results F calculated at 42.885 > 3.10 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.
