<![CDATA[The theory of bio-sociology is a combination of sociological and anthropological theories. The object of study focuses on human behavior. Human interaction with other humans is influenced by internal factors and external factors, the influence of this interaction will have positive and negative impacts. In relation to the behavior of crimes committed by humans caused by internal and external influences as the cause, on the other hand it is refuted by the opinion that there is no relationship between the composition of the human body and criminal behavior. The crime was caused by the influence of social interaction. Meanwhile, Islamic law views that crimes committed by humans are not innate factors inherent in humans but by an environment that does not comply with religious teachings. This study aims to explore biosociological theory in the view of Islamic law on crime and the factors that influence it. ABSTRAKTeori bio sosiologi merupakan gabungan antara teori sosiologi dan antropologi obyek kajiannya fokus pada prilaku manusia. Intraksi manusia yang satu dengan manusia lainya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor external , pengaruh interaksi ini akan berdampak positif dan negatif. Dalam kaitannya dengan prilakku kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh manusia disebabkan oleh pengaruh internal dan ekternal sebagai penyebabnya, Dalam sisi lainya terbantahkan oleh pendapat bahwa tidak ada hubungannya antara susunan orban tubuh manusia dengan prilaku kejahatan. Kejahatan itu terjadi disebabkan oleh pengaruh interaksi sosial. Sementara hukum Islam memandang bahwa kejahatan yang dilakukan manusia, bukanlah faktor pembawaan yang melekat pada diri manusia melainkan oleh lingkungan yang tidak mentati ajaran agama.
