Abstract

Paper ini berjudul “Peluang Dan Tantangan Wirausaha di Bidang Pendidikan Pada Era Revolusi Industri 4.0”. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pembahasan adalah metode studi pustaka. Hasil analisis memberikan informasi bahwa revolusi industri 4.0 menghadirkan banyak tantangan dan berbagai peluang wirausaha. Revolusi industri 4.0 menyebabkan hilangnya banyak pekerjaan tradisional yang sebelumnya dikerjakan secara manual oleh manusia kemudian tergantikan oleh mesin dengan hadirnya kecerdasan buatan, namun juga melahirkan peluang usaha baru dengan menawarkan pemanfaatan teknologi internet dan jaringan. Pada bidang pendidikan, revolusi industri 4.0 menghadirkan tantangan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan termasuk wirausaha pendidikan. Kehadiran teknologi internet dan jaringan memberikan tantangan sekaligus peluang kepada wirausaha pendidikan untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berbasis internet dan jaringan. Wirausaha pendidikan dihadapkan pada peluang mengembangkan usahanya tidak hanya pada skala lokal, namun pada skala global. Dengan demikian, revolusi industri 4.0 selain menghadirkan berbagai tantangan bagi wirausaha pendidikan, juga menghadirkan peluang bagi wirausaha kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Covid-19 is the SARS-COV virus that has attracted the attention of many people, including the Indonesian government. This slow virus has since become a panic-inducing pandemic. Various information spread and the increasing number of fatalities has an impact on various social situations. Covid-19 does not only have an impact on health aspects but paralyzes every aspect of people's lives. The magnitude of the influence of the Covid-19 virus gave birth to various social phenomena among the community. Anxious and fearful attitudes have influenced people's mindsets and ways of acting. Covid-19 has given rise to new social phenomena, ranging from anti-social behavior to various efforts made by the community in fighting COVID-19. There are various scientific, non-scientific, to spiritual practices carried out by the community with the aim of avoiding the Covid-19 virus. Based on the social situation, this paper seeks to examine the critical attitude of society towards social phenomena in the reflection of the philosophy of science. The method used to study this phenomenon is the literature study method. Based on the study, it was argued that society needs to address various social phenomena critically and responsibly so that the decisions taken are not biased and do not have a negative impact on social life. A critical attitude is needed in filtering various circulating information so that you don't become a victim of misinformation. Every decision taken must be made critically so that it is beneficial and has a positive effect on social life.

Abstract

This article aims to explore and analyze the impact of inclusive education on students with special needs. Involving a qualitative approach, the research focused on the learning experiences, social interactions and academic development of students involved in inclusive education. Key findings include increased social engagement, motivation and participation, along with positive academic development. Support from inclusive teachers and classmates played a key role in overcoming potential social isolation and building students' self-confidence and motivation. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the role of inclusivity in creating an equal, meaningful and enriching educational environment for students with special needs. The implications and recommendations of this research can support the development of more effective inclusive education policies and strengthen support for students with special needs.
