Abstract

This study was focused on historical-comparative linguistics and discussed the language kinship among Pesisir Pasar, Pesisir Kampung, and Pesisir Sorkam languages where the different languages were in the Sibolga district of Centre Tapanuli in North Sumatera. The populations and samples were taken from the local people of each district. The researchers aimed to find out the sameness of the different languages’ vocabularies. This study used descriptive quantitative research by visiting the location of each language and interviewing the local informant of each district. This study used the numbers to find out the average in percent so that the relationship The findings of this research were 60 % (sixty percent) and it meant that the different languages were so close to each other because they were in one area of Centre Tapanuli. It happened because there were 119 same words in the vocabulary. The identic couples were 89 words and 30 words of correspondence phonemics. In this correspondence phonemic, there were a few different letters or one letter, one of them was the word bunuh (Pasar language), bunoh (Kampung language) and buno (Sorkam language).

Abstract

The tutoring program is a form of community service program in 2021 which aims to grow the ability of early childhood children to interest in learning homes. In addition, there is another goal, namely from the implementation of this program for students to be able to apply the knowledge and theory that has been obtained from the world of lectures in addition to the campus being able to show the public that students are able to emphasize the existence of universities that are able to create or produce future cadres of the nation who are capable of bring about change for the better in society. The target of this service is children in Maimun Saleh Village, Sukajaya District, Sabang City Regency. This program has the main goal, namely through the tutoring program, early childhood children can gain basic knowledge of reading and arithmetic such as how to calculate properly and correctly. This tutoring program lasts about 3 months, each meeting 3 times a week. From this program, it can be seen that before this activity the children were not fluent in reading, writing and counting. After this activity the children had very good reading, writing and counting skills.

Abstract

Background : Lung cancer is the most common cause of cancer deaths worldwide. Mortality and incidence rates are generally highest in high-income countries, especially the United States and European countries. In the United States, it is estimated that 234,030 people were diagnosed with lung cancer in 2018. Adenocarcinoma is the most dominant type of histological lung cancer, with the papillary adenocarcinoma subtype rarely encountered.Case Report : A case was reported from a 66-year-old male with slaid number B / 4903/19. On macroscopic examination from biopsy tissue appeared gray, springy, with a volume of ± 0.2 cc. On microscopic examination, a tumor mass shows form a papillary structure with fibrovascular core and a small portion of solid. Consists of tumour cells with pleomorphic nuclei, rough chromatin, some with intranuclear vacuole, pale cytoplasm and protruding nuclei. Mitotic was found. Stroma consists of fibrous connective tissue infiltrated by tumor cells and inflammation of lymphocyte cells. Dilated blood vessels and congestion. Areas of necrosis and lymphovascular invasion were seen.Discussion and Conclusions : Based on the histopathological picture, the patient is diagnosed with papillary adenocarcinoma of the lung with a classical histology picture that makes it easy to established the diagnosis. Prognose was poor.
