Abstract

Malnutrition occurs since the baby is in the womb and in the early days of birth, but stunting only appears after the child is 2 years old (Kemenkeu, 2018). Children who experience stunting can experience impaired physical, mental, cognitive and intellectual development so that children are not able to learn optimally. Stunting children have low cognitive abilities, if not treated before reaching the age of five years, they can have an impact until adulthood and are at risk of death and will give birth to children with low birth weight (Soetjiningsih, 2013). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge and work regarding the growth and development of toddlers with the incidence of stunting at the Dabun Gelang Health Center, Dabun Gelang District, Gayo Luwes Regency in 2021. The type of research conducted is descriptive analytical, the population in the study is 578 people and a sample of 57 people is taken, using Accidental Sampling. The data collected in the study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study were that the majority of respondents lacked knowledge as many as 31 (54.4%) respondents with short stunting, 23 (40.3%%) respondents. From the results of statistical tests obtained P value of 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about growth and development of toddlers with stunting. the majority do not work as many as 30 (52.6%) respondents with short 25 (43.8%) respondents. From the statistical test results obtained P value 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the mother's work on the growth and development of children under five with the incidence of stunting. It is hoped that health workers at the Dabun Gelang Health Center can encourage and foster the community to better maintain health and improve the growth and development of toddlers so as to minimize the risk of stunting

MP-ASI plays a role important in support Child growth . If mom not quick introduce MPASI with the right way for children moment he enter 6 months old , growing the flower can just disturbed . Activity MP-ASI socialization to mothers for Improving the Nutritional Status of Children carried out on day Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at the Village Office Dewi Sri District sea tador . Destination beginning MPASI socialization is for give understanding to women in the village area goddess sri that so important quality nutrition given to child ages 6-24 months as MPASI because in Century it's exclusive breastfeeding just no enough Fulfill nutrition child for grow and develop optimally. Reluctantly increasing knowledge moms regarding MPASI which is very important for the golden age child in grow and develop optimally. So will many mothers who will give solids in the right way, and follow existing rules like give eat appropriate time it means given when child already ready for eat, with sufficient nutrition from various menu options and types rich food carbohydrates , proteins and fats. And all his served in circumstances hygienic and processed by the mother yourself and given in a manner responsive .

Abstract

Labor pain is very important to pay attention to because pain in labor can weaken uterine contractions and result in prolonged labor and even death. Efforts that can be made to reduce pain are by providing the closest person, namely assistance from the husband, because the effect of feeling pain in every mother in labor can be minimized by making the husband as a delivery companion. This study aims to find out about the relationship between husband's mentoring and pain during childbirth at BPM Zahriah, Stabat District in 2022. The results of the study showed that the husband's assistance at BPM Zahriah, Stabat sub-district was in the good category (79.17%), the category of pain during labor at BPM Zahriah, Stabat sub-district was (50.0%). The results of the analysis with a value of p = 0.005 so that the conclusion is that there is an effect of the relationship between husband's assistance and pain during childbirth in post partum mothers at BPM Zahriah, Stabat District in 2022.Data was collected using a questionnaire and for pain measurement using a checklist. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between husband's assistance and pain in childbirth at BPM Zahriah, Stabat District in 2022. Suggestions in this study are expected for BPM Zahriah to continue to encourage and support Husband Assistance for mothers in labor to reduce pain during childbirth.
