Abstract

Gestational age is considered normal if delivery occurs within 37 weeks to 42 weeks of gestation, exceeding this age limit is considered a post-term pregnancy. At a certain level, it can have a negative impact on both the mother and the baby being born, but it can also be fatal. Statistical data shows that the maternal mortality rate in term pregnancies is only 1-2%, while those in late pregnancy reach 5-7%. Objective: To carry out midwifery care for Mrs. A at 43 weeks and 3 days of gestation with serotinus using a 7-step Varney midwifery management approach. The method used is descriptive observation, the location of the case study is at the Maternity Clinic Helfylianta Besitang, the subject of the case study is Mrs. A. Pregnant women with serotinous pregnancy. The time of the case study was on December 3 – 5 2019 and data collection techniques through interviews, on the acceptor Observation physical examination, documentation study, literature study. After 3 days of midwifery care, starting from 3 – 5 December 2014 Mrs. A 21 years old with serotinous pregnancy at the Helfylianta Maternity Clinic, the results of the care obtained were serotinus with a gestation of 43 weeks 3 days with no signs of labor. collaboration with Dr. Obgyn recommending induction of labor. Abstract

The period of rapid growth occurs in infancy and toddlerhood. Therefore, at this time good and sufficient nutrition is needed for babies (Raharjo, 2014). Based on the results of the 2018 Ministry of Health Basic Health Research, 17.7% of infants under 5 years old (toddlers) still experience nutritional problems. This figure consists of toddlers who experience malnutrition by 3.9% and those who suffer from malnutrition by 13.8% (Kemenkes RI, 2018). The purpose of the study was to identify the frequency distribution of Mother's Knowledge About Feeding Patterns for Children aged 1-3 Years at the Hugo Hasena Tanjung Pura Clinic, Langkat Regency in 2019. The research design used was an analytical survey (Explanatory Research) with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was all mothers who had children aged 1-3 years at Hugo Hasena Clinic, as many as 34 people. Collecting data using primary data obtained directly from mothers who have children aged 1-3 years through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by chi-square, at the limit of the statistical significance of the calculation of p value (0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge about feeding patterns and the nutritional status of children aged 1-3 years with a p value of 0.000 (<0.05). Abstract

Based on the results of the 2015 Inter-Census Population Survey (SUPAS), the MMR in Indonesia again showed a decline to 305/100,000 live births. The causes of maternal death in Indonesia include placenta previa, namely 2.77% in 2015 and 0.85% of them died. Type of case study report with descriptive method, location at Al-Fitrah Maternity Clinic Tanjung Pura. Data collection techniques include primary data including physical examination, interviews and observation and secondary data, including documentation studies and literature studies. Able to carry out midwifery care for pregnant women with placenta previa using Varney's 7-step midwifery approach. For midwifery care for pregnant women at the Al-Fitrah Maternity Clinic Tanjung Pura, after carrying out midwifery care for 3 days, the results were: Bleeding stopped, there are no contractions and the general condition of the mother and fetus is good. There is no gap between theory and practice so a potential diagnosis of hypopolemic shock does not occur. The results of midwifery care carried out for 3 days the mother came home in good condition and there was no bleeding.
