Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Patient satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction that the services received have met or exceeded the patient's expectations (Nursalam, 2016). Emergency Room (ER) is a part that serves patients with emergency conditions, the action must be effective and efficient according to the quality of service. Satisfaction of patients and their families needs to be measured to improve the quality of services in the Emergency Room Purpose : This study aims to find out relations between the factors related to family satisfaction of patients in the Emergency Room at Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta. Methods : This research is a quantitative study with a correlational descriptive method using a cross sectional approach. The instrument used was the Patient satisfaction questionnaire format 10 compiled by the previous researcher and the questionnaire about factors related to satisfaction compiled by the researcher. The sample in this study used a non probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The number of respondents is 75 people. The study was conducted on January 13, 2021 to January 28, 2021, Univariate analysis using percentage analysis and bivariate analysis using Spearman correlation to determine the factors associated with satisfaction. Result :There is a significant positive relationship between performance factors and patient family satisfaction (p value = 0.000) rho value = 0.533, there is a significant positive relationship between the facility factor and patient family satisfaction (p value = 0.000) rho value = 0.474, there is a significant positive relationship between service factors and patient family satisfaction (p value = 0.000) rho value = 0.550, there is a significant positive relationship between communication factors and patient family satisfaction (p value = 0.000) rho value = 0.471, there is a significant positive relationship between the atmosphere factor and patient's family satisfaction (p value = 0.000) rho value = 0.513, there is a significant positive relationship between the location factor and patient's family satisfaction (p value = 0.000) rho value = 0474, there is a significant positive relationship between visual design and patient family satisfaction ( p value = 0.000) rho value = 0.435. Conclusion : There is a significant, positive relationship between performance factors, facilities, services, communication, atmosphere, location and visual design on the patient's family satisfaction. This research can be used as a reference in an effort to increase patient and family satisfaction in the hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRCT Background: Patient satisfaction is one of the factors used to evaluate the quality of service in the hospital, and is one of the factors determining the image of a health service institution. Nursing service satisfaction is obtained from consumer assessments regarding the quality and performance of the benefits received from products or services. Quality nursing services can be realized through the provision of nursing care based on the caring behavior of nurses. Caring behavior must always be carried out by nurses in all conditions, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic situation. In the preliminary study conducted, Elisabeth 4's inpatient room was the room that experienced the lowest decrease in customer satisfaction. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic in Elisabeth 4 Hospital's inpatient room. Panti Rapih, Yogyakarta. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive correlation. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. Using non probability sample techniques, purposive sample. The sample used was 37 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that is given directly to the respondent in Januari 2021 sampai Februari 2021. Results: The highest nurse caring behavior was in the good category, 83.8% of the total respondents. The highest level of satisfaction is "Satisfied" 54.1% of the total respondents and "Very Satisfied" as much as 43.2% of the total respondents. Based on the results of the Spearman rho test, P value 0.007 is, this means that there is a significant relationship between nurse caring behavior and the level of patient satisfaction. The Correlation Coefficient value is positive, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between nurse caring behavior and the level of patient satisfaction. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction. The direction of the positive correlation shows that the higher the nurse's caring behavior, the higher the patient's satisfaction in nursing services. Suggestion: It is necessary for nurses to increase knowledge, attitudes and skills especially when carrying out their role as executor of professional nursing actions. Panti Rapih Hospital management should continue to encourage the spirit of caring behaviour during the COVID-19 pandemic, by improving the physical, mental and spiritual health of nurses so that nurses can provide professional nursing services.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional ( MPKP) adalah suatu sistem (struktur, proses dan nilai-nilai profesional), yang memfasilitasi perawat profesional, mengatur pemberian asuhan keperawatan, termasuk lingkungan tempat asuhan tersebut diberikan. Tujuan : mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap perawat dengan metode Model praktik keperawatan profesional di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta. Metode : Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap medical bedah Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 66 perawat. Hasil : diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan MPKP sebanyak 25,76 % ( 17 responden ) dengan kategori baik dan 74,24% ( 49 responden) dengan kategori kurang, sedangkan hasil tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang MPKP sebanyak 18,18 % (12 responden) dengan kategori baik, 77,27 %(51 responden) dengan kategori sedang dan 4,55% (3 responden) dengan kategori kurang. Sedangkan hasil yang didapatkan dari sikap perawat sebanyak 63,64% (42 responden) kategori baik, 34,85 % (23 perawat) kategori sedang dan 1,52 % (1 perawat) kategori kurang. Hasil analisis bivariat terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat dengan pelaksanaan model praktik keperawatan profesional p value = 0,000 (p < 0,005), dan terdapat hubungan sikap perawat dengan pelaksanaan model praktik keperawatan profesional didapatkan hasil p value = 0,000 (p< 0,005). Simpulan : terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat dengan pelaksanaan Model praktik keperawatan profesional ( p value 0,000) dan terdapat hubungan antara sikap perawat dengan pelaksanaan Model praktik keperawatan profesional (p value 0,000) di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta. Saran meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pelaksanaan MPKP agar lebih baik lagi, salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan banyak belajar, mengikuti pelatihan dan sosialisasi terkait dengan MPKP, sehingga menumbuhkan rasa tanggungjawab dalam pelaksanaan MPKP.

Abstract

Latar Belakang :Pelayanan berkualitas adalah proses pelayanan kesehatan yang penyelenggaraanya sesuai dengan standar pelayanan dan kode etik profesi untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada penerima pelayanan kesehatan. Pelayanan yang berkualitas akan menentukan tingkat kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien terhadap suatu rumah sakit. Kepuasan merupakan perasaan senang terhadap pelayanan yang diterima dimana pelayanan sesuai dengan harapan atau melebihi harapan dari pasien. Menurut Parasuraman yang disitasi oleh Muninjaya (2011) kualitas pelayanan ditentukan oleh lima faktor utama yaitu tampilan (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), jaminan (assurance), daya tanggap (responsiveness), serta empati (empathy). Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien di poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan di poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel 135 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji statistic Spearman. Hasil: Hasil uji kualitas pelayanan responsiveness dengan p value 0,091, dan empathy dengan p value 0,862. Hasil uji kualitas tangible dengan p value 0,000, reliability dengan p value 0,000, dan assurance dengan p value 0,000 Simpulan : tidak terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan (responsiveness dan empathy) dengan kepuasan pasien di poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta dan terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan (tangible, reliability dan assurance) dengan kepuasan pasien di poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta. Rumah Sakit disarankan untuk tetap menjaga kualitas pelayanan dengan mempertahankan sikap cepat tanggap, meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, penampilan yang menarik dalam memberikan pelayanan dan bersikap peka. Kata kunci: kualitas dimensi pelayanan, kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: The malnutrition problem in Indonesia and foreign countries is still very concerning, there are still many children experiencing malnutrition. This phenomenon occurs because many factors affect the nutritional status of children under five, for example economic factors, diet, history of infectious diseases, and the lack of parental knowledge. Purpose: This literature review purposed to determine the effect of economic factors, diet, history of infectious diseases and parental knowledge. Methods: This literature review method was a narrative literature review, journals were obtained from five databases, namely Pubmed, Sage Journal, Science Direct, Google Scholar and Chocrane with time release between 2015 - 2020. Journal searches used PRISMA so that 5 journals were found discussing factors that influence nutritional status in toddlers. Results: This literature review showed that economic factors, diet, history of infectious diseases and parental knowledge greatly affected the nutritional status of children under five both in Indonesia and abroad. Conclusion: Economic factors affected the nutritional status of children under five, dietary factors affected the nutritional status of children under five, historical factors impacted the nutritional status of children under five and the knowledge of parents affected the nutritional status of toddlers. Abstract

Background : Patient satisfaction is the feeling that is felt and expressed by the patient after comparing expectations with expectations after getting service. Quality care gives patients permission to have a strong relationship with the hospital. Patient satisfaction ultimately affects patient loyalty to a hospital that provides satisfactory quality Objective : Knowing the factors that are related to satisfaction with nursing services in the inpatient room of the hospital, Yogyakarta neat nursing. Methods : The research design used was a correlation study using a cross sectional approach. Taking sampling using purposive sampling. The population in this study were patients who were hospitalized in the neat nursing home room Carolus 5, Elisabet 1 and Elisabet 4, a sample of 188 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire measuring tool, then the data were analyzed using the Spearman'rho statistical test. Results : There is a significant relationship between facilities, performance, service, atmosphere and communication factors with patient satisfaction with p value = 0.000 Conculsion : There is a significant relationship between facilities, performance, service, atmosphere and communication factors with patient satisfaction with p value = 0.000 Suggestion: For the Head of Hospital: make plans for monitoring the implementation of SOPs regularly, for employees about nursing actions, so that patients feel the professional performance of nurses, for implementing nurses: Implementing nurses apply SOPs for every nursing action correctly, at pre interactive specifically in introductory communication, it is important that nurses introduce themselves, provided provisioning excellent service to new employees. Abstract

Background: Low back pain is a disease that is felt mostly by those who do their work both statically and dynamically, lack doing some exercises, take a long seat, and bend over too long. Examples of this are drivers. They work long hours daily with lots of passengers and goods. As a result, they are forced to be seated in a long time with static position and sometimes they apply improper sitting position. In addition, there are several factors causing them to have a low back pain, i.e. IMT or BMI, work period, sitting position, work duration, exercise, smoking, and age as well. Objective: This literature review is aimed at finding out factors that result in low back pain happening to drivers. Method: The method of this literature review is scoping review. The articles for this literature review are collected from several database comprising Google scholar, PubMed, Proquest, Wiley online library and The Cochrane Collaboration.The articles selected are the ones published between 2016 and 2021. The article analysis and sifting uses the method PRISMA. Results: Six articles were found to be appropriately used and they are in line with the criterion of both inclusion and exclusion. As many as 66.67% of the articles discuss sitting position, 50% discuss work duration, 66.67% discuss age factor, 50% discuss IMT, 83.33% discuss work period, 100% discuss exercises, and 83.33% discuss smoking. Conclusion: The factors of sitting position, work duration, age, exercise, and smoking contribute to low back pain that happens to drivers. Meanwhile, the factors of IMT or BMI and work period are not associated with low back pain in drivers. Keywords: factors, low back pain, driver

Abstract

Discharge planning sebagai proses perencanaan pemulangan  pasien yang  dapat memberikan informasi kepada klien dan keluarganya tentang hal-hal yang perlu dipersiapkn dan dilakukan sehubungan dengan kondisi/penyakitnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Santo Antonio Baturaja. Penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi analitik kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Teknik penetapan sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. yaitu semua perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Santo Antonio Baturaja sebanyak 36 perawat dengan menerapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui sumber primer. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji Spearman rank. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 29 orang (83.3%) dan sebagian besar responden dalam pelaksanaan discharge planning dalam kategori cukup  sebanyak 26 orang (72.2%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji diketahui bahwa nilai p = 0,007 sehingga < α = 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan tingkat  pengetahuan perawat dengan pelaksanaan  discharge planning di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Santo Antonio.. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan dan peningkatan pengetahuan   tentang discharge planning bagi perawat dan monitoring evaluasi secara teratur dari manajer keperawatan terkait dengan kompleksitas pengetahuan dalam penerapan discharge planning.

Latar Belakang : Discharge planning merupakan suatu proses yang dinamis dan sistematis dari penilaian, persiapan, serta koordinasi yang dilakukan untuk memberikan kemudahan pengawasan pelayanan kesehatan dan pelayanan sosial sebelum dan sesudah pulang. Salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan discharge planning yaitu motivasi. Motivasi yang tinggi akan mewujudkan pelaksanaan discharge planning yang optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi perawat dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning di ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit swasta Yogyakarta. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Correlation menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit swasta Yogyakarta, sampel  berjumlah 92 responden dengan metode totaly sampling. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi perawat dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning dengan nilai P value 0.000 (P value < 0,05 ) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan kekuatan korelasi (r)= 0,551 sedang dan arah korelasi positif atau searah artinya semakin meningkat motivasi perawat maka pelaksanaan discharge planning meningkat. Kesimpulan: Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya dan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak di rumah sakit diantaranya seperti memfasilitasi perawat untuk meningkatkan motivasi perawat dan memperoleh informasi tentang pelaksanaan discharge planning serta diperlukan evaluasi terkait pelaksanaan discharge planning agar dapat berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci : pelaksanaan discharge planning, motivasi perawat
