Abstract

This study want  to examine society's intentions towards mobile banking sharia in the ease of solving their financial problems. The increase in the use of smartphones makes the banking industry provide services mobile banking to facilitate and increase customer productivity, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Intention to use sharia mobile banking measured using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of model Technology (UTAUT. Type this research uses quantitative research that is supported by data qualitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which was tested using the SEM-PLS analysis technique with an analytical tool, namely Warp-PLS 5.0 and exploratory analysis using SPSS 23. Results of SEM analysis shows that there is a good intention by the society in using mobile banking and the public finds it easy to operate to increase productivity. The implications of this research as input for the banking sector in terms of improving the quality of mobile banking so that people can produce during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to test the TAM model to determine people's perceptions of digital banking. Although empirical research has been conducted on the introduction of digital banking, this is still minimal in the Islamic banking context, as the use of digital banking in Islamic banks is still new.Design/methodology –This study is descriptive and quantitative using survey methods to measure an individual's perception of digital banking in Islamic banks. The survey contains closed and open-ended questions to measure the perception of mobile banking users based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This survey uses a voluntary survey of respondents scattered across different cities in Indonesia. Data analysis uses SEMPLS 7.0 and SPSS23.Findings -Originality - In addition to testing the TAM digital banking model of the original Islamic bank, this study also examines the potential for new variables that emerge from customer perceptions and uses the data to create new unique to Shariah's recruitment-based banks. We propose variables / models according to the technology. We will also consider obstacles to the introduction of digital banking by Islamic banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Sctructural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares menggunakan alat analisis WarpPLS 5.0. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan yaitu Non probability Sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan 31 responden dari karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Dan Kecerdasan Emosional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Apart from being a place of worship, a mosque can become a center for thepeople's economy. One of the Islamic instruments that can be used is productivewaqf. Nadzir waqf who doubles as mosque takmir must have good knowledge ofmanaging waqf assets so that they can become a driving force for the economy insociety. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine knowledge, attitudes, andpractices in empowering people by takmir mosques in Indonesia. The method usedin this study is quantitative by using the concept of Knowledge, Attitude, andPractice (KAP) theory using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysistechnique. Data collection in the field was carried out by distributingquestionnaires to 514 private mosque takmirs spread across 25 provinces in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute to the development of waqf inIndonesia as an effort to increase the welfare of the people.
