Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengelola ADD dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang ditemui masyarakat dalam berpartisipasi mengelola ADD. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan deskriptif analitis kualitatif dengan informan kepala desa dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa Masyarakat Desa Tegeswetan dan Desa Jangkrikan berinisiatif besar untuk berkontribusi dalam pengelolaan ADD. Tidak hanya dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan maupun pengawasan, tetapi yang lebih penting adalah kesadaran masyarakat untuk terlibat dalam membangun desa merupakan solusi untuk memajukan pembangunan desa. Purpose of this study was to determine the peoples participation in managing ADD and identify supporting factors and obstacles encountered in participating communities to manage ADD.Method of research using qualitative descriptive analysis of village heads and community informants.The study says that the Rural Community and Rural JangkrikanTegeswetan major initiative to contribute to the management of ADD.Not justin the planning, implementation and monitoring, but more importantis the awareness of the community to get involvedin building the villageis a solution to promote rural  development.

Abstract

The appointment of a village head often causes turmoil in some regions. Ranging from internal problem to the resolution through legal channels. This study aims to assess the extent of the Pilkades disputes in Tapos, Talagasari, and Dukuh Villages in Tangerang Regency. By using qualitative analytical descriptive method, the results of this study are (1) the absence of Pilkades dispute resolution medium at the regency, district and village levels, (2) by regulation, PP No 72 of 2005 does not explain the categorization of violations and sanctions against offenders, (3) There is an implied term campaign ends, as amended, Regulation 7 of 2006 article 54, paragraph 8, (4) lack of traction on the role of Head in controlling and supervising corresponding PP No 72 of 2005 and Regulation 7 of 2006, (5) the lack of an audit role, (6) the absence of a competent team of investigators administration. Suggestions that we can recommend is (1) to make the legislation or local regulations that elevate one article about the elections and dispute resolution, (2) Effectiveness muspika role in the elections and, (3) promoting Pilkades order.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peluang kewirausahaan desa berbasis potensi desa. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis, penggalian informasi diperoleh dari pelaku usaha berjumlah 3 orang dan pejabat Pemerintah Daerah. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan peluang pengembangan kewirausahaan desa sangat besar dan dikategorikan sebagai usaha kecil. Produk unggulannya yaitu bidang pertanian, perkebunan dan adanya pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang juga potensial. Kewirausahaan yang ada di desa memiliki prospek yang baik asalkan didukung oleh sarana prasarana, regulasi yang pro ke pelaku usaha dan adanya kepercayaan dari pihak lain untuk menjaring kemitraan kepada pelaku usaha.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the potential entrepreneurial opportunities based rural village. By using the method of descriptive analysis, extracting information obtained from businesses totaling 3 people and local government officials. The results reveal entrepreneurial rural development opportunities are very large and are categorized as small businesses. Superior products namely agriculture, plantations and the use of natural resources are also potential. Entrepreneurship in the village has good prospects as long as supported by infrastructure, regulatory pro to the business and the trust of the other party to solicit partnerships to businesses
