Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research was to determine the suitability of agricultural land in Bantimurung District, to provide the concept of controlling land use change in agricultural areas in Bantimurung District. This research used quantitative research using the overlay method on the unit map of land capability, land development capability, agricultural spatial planning directions, then analyzed by analysis of suitability between spatial planning and agricultural development directions. Based on the result obtained in the direction of land suitability, it has been found that in Bantimurung District is divided into two classes, namely annual crop and perennial crop. For the recommendation concept of controlling the conversion of agricultural areas in the designation of spatial patterns with Non KP2B status, it is directed to limit activities, activity radius, and control waste that threatens agricultural activities, while for the designation of spatial patterns with KP2B status, it is directed not to allow the conversion of agricultural land become non-agricultural areas. in accordance with PP No.1 of 2011 and also directed to the protection of agricultural areas and food land areas from land conversion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of power support and capacity of the settlements of the new city of Pattallassang and to know the direction of space control in terms of carrying capacity and carrying capacity to accommodate settlements. This type of research is mixed methods research. Study This is a research step by combining two previous forms of research, namely qualitative research and quantitative research. using carrying capacity and power analysis tools to accommodate settlements. The main conclusion of this study is that the district pattallassang can still accommodate residents to live. The results of the analysis show the area with the highest carrying capacity to be developed into a residential area is the village Paccellekang with a DDP value of 30.35 or > 1, followed by village Panaikang of 30.35 then borongpalala town of 25.25 and the lowest carrying capacity value is in the village of Sunggumanai with the importance of 11.95 and timbuseng town of 5.80. And Based on the analysis of the results conducted by the author shows that Pattallassang still able to accommodate 397,423 residents, as for the villages that can adapt and support settlements the highest is in the village of paccellekang with a population that is can accommodate 101,840 people and the town of jenemadinging with the lowest result is 28,683 people.

Abstract

The fishery sector is one of the economic sectors that has contributed significantly to the economy of Luwu Regency, production activities to the distribution of fishery products in the Minapolitan area require a spatial structure plan for the coastal area to be developed by accommodating the concept of the Minapolitan spatial structure which has become a sectoral guideline in Luwu Regency. Based on this, it is necessary to direct the development of the Minapolitan area through the identification of the factors that influence the development of the minapolitan area of ​​North Belopa District. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approaches, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, quantitative correlation, physical conditions and availability of infrastructure facilities, fisheries-based sector, as well as directions for the development of the minapolitan area. Based on the results of the analysis of the availability of facilities in the Minapolitan area, 73.7% (good category), with potential for fishery production, namely Seaweed, Garacillaria, Milkfish, and Windu Shrimp. The zoning directions for the Minapolitan area in North Belopa Sub-district are divided into four zones, namely the Mina City Core Zone which is directed at Seppong Village and Pammanu Village, the Mina City Production Center Zone is directed at Paconne Village and Sabe Village, the Development Zone is directed at Lamunre Tengah Village, and Zone The linkage is directed to areas that are the target of marketing products in the North Belopa District, namely Lebani Village, Lauwa Village.
