Abstract

This research aims to discuss the increase in family income obtained by motorbike drivers in Palembang. The existence of a motorcycle taxi is one of the factors reducing the unemployment rate which will have an impact on increasing income and family welfare. Maqashid Shari'ah is used to see the impact of the phenomenon of increasing income on family welfare with five basic principles; hifz din, hifz nafs, hifz ‘aql, hifz mal and hifz nasab, with three levels of Daruriyyat, Hajiyyat and Tahsiniyyat. This research is a field research. This research is field research, the method used in this research was collaborative both qualitative and quantitative by distributed questionairre to respondents who became research's sample by some measurement cryterias with 5 assesment criteria and interview towards some informants to strenghten questionairre result. The technique of determining sample by using purposive sampling and analysis technique data questionairre by using quantitative descriptive and qualitative analysis with triangularltion approacment Magashid Suar'i. The result showed that there was an increasing income earned by the Gojek's drivers in Palembang city compare to other previous job before becoming a Gojek driver and also affecting family's prosperity

Abstract

In the millenial era, coincided with the Millennial Road Safety Festival that took place in Ampera bridge of Palembang and attended by the Presiden of Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, a new entry in the Indonesian Record Museum (MURI) is made. The new entrydocumented the longest jumputan cloth in Indonesia that is 1,117 meter long and consisting of 500 designs. In comparison, there is also Songket in Palembang that have been famous since a long time and became the icon of the city that is put on with a sense of pride by its people,but less marketable. The potential and buying power of the public for Palembang songket tend to declinedue to its high price, so that only the upper middle class society who have the capacity to buy this traditional cloth. In addition, songket is used only on formal occasions, thus the lower mid-level people have less purpose to own it. As an alternative of formal attire, Palembangnese uses jumputan that is available in variety of design and less expensive. Its more affordable price make it more popular for the lower mid-level public to buy. Therefore, the authors are interested to analyze about the Comparison of Interest in Purchasing Jumputan Cloth and Palembang Songket in the Market of Palembang City

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the service quality provided by Garuda Indonesia Airlines at Jogjakarta international Airport on customer satisfaction. 200 questionnaire was deployed which return and able to analyze about 142 questionnaire. Multiple Regression analysis employed to analyze the relationship between service quality dimension (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance) and customer satisfaction. The result shows that simultaneously all independents variable has a positive impact on dependent variable. Meanwhile, partially tangible and reliability has positive significant influence on customer satisfaction while responsiveness and assurance is insignificant to customer satisfaction. The R2 shows that 0.487 means 48.7% of dependent variable was explained and influenced by independent variables while the rest of it about 51.3% was influenced by another variable that not included in this research.

Abstract

Abstrak. Program Rejang Lebong Makmur, Solusi Menekan Angka Kemiskinan (Studi Pada Baznas Kab Rejang Lebong). Kabupaten Rejang Lebong merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Bengkulu, dan termasuk kabupaten dengan angka kemiskinan yang cukup tinggi, dengan prosentase 17,30%. Kehadiran Badan Amil Zakat Nasional yang memilik otoritas pengaluran dana zakat ke mustahik dengan programnya Rejang Lebong Makmur diharapkan bisa menjadi kunci untuk menekan angka kemiskinan di Rejang Lebong. Bantuan produktif yang diberikan BAZNAS   Kabupaten   Rejang   Lebong   dalam program Rejang Lebong makmur diharapkan mustahik dapat  mengembangkan  usaha  dan  meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Bantuan produktif  yang  diberikan  pada dasarnya dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dari mustahik menjadi muzaki. Namun faktanya banyak terjadi miorientasi yang dilakukan beberapa mustahik terhdap dana tersebut sehingga tidak berjalan sesuai harapan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), melalui pendekatan kualitatif, dan dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data diambil dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara di BAZNAS Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Setelah data terkumpul maka data tersebut dianalisis dengan cara mendeskripsikan metode analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode analisis data deskriptif, karena penelitian ini bertujua nuntuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana mekanisme dalam distribusi dana zakat bermasalah pada program Rejang Lebong Makmur, faktor penyebab terjadinya bantuan produktif bermasalah  pada  program  Rejang  Lebong  Makmur,  strategi  BAZNAS  Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dalam mengatasi distribusi dana  zakat bermasalah pada program Rejang Lebong Makmur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan tiga kesimpulan. Pertama, mekanisme dalam distribusi dana zakat bermasalah pada program Rejang Lebong Makmur dalam bentuk bantuan pembinaan usaha produktif   bagi   mustahik   dengan sistem pinjaman tanpa bunga. Kedua, faktor penyebab terjadinya misorientasi bantuan produktif tersebut, kurangnya sifat amanah mustahik, minim sosialisasi tentang bantuan produktif dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat Kabupaten Rejang Lebong tentang peluang usaha ekonomi atau usaha yang dijalankannya. Ketiga, strategi yang dilakukan BAZNAS Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dalam mengatasi distribusi dana  zakat bermaslah pada program Rejang Lebong Makmur melalui pembinaan dan pemahaman mengenai bantuan produktif.

Abstract

This research aimed to analize how the effectivity of the zakat on South Sumatra to the mustahik zakat community development throught Maqashid Syariah approachment, the method used in this research was mixed methodology by using data analize inquiries closed which was distributed to respondent with five alternative answers. The result of this research was concluded that, from ZCD program established by BAZNAS indeed having great contribution to evelate prosperity and detract poverty number in Banyuasin has not significant yet, this is because of lack of technics supervision and guidance from BAZNAS side in realizing the program. Meanwhile, through Maqashid Syariah approachment indeed there was an alteration however it is not significant yet, because Teluk Payo society still prioritize how do a living than worhisp regularly.

Abstract

Rasulullah’s Marketing strategy based on Muhammad Suyanto book “Muhammad Bisuness Strategy and Ethics” are; product strategy is halalan thayyiban goods, price strategy based on the principle of concensual and market’s price, place positioning is preferred in the market and strategys place and promotion strategy is more emphasis on the relationship with the costumer. This research is meant to scrutinize and understand rasulullah’s marketing strategy at Pamella minimarket and La Tansa. This research concluded that Pamella minimarket and La Tansa has implementated marketing strategy of product, price, place and promotion based on Rasulullah’s strategy with improvement era with Islamic value. Marketing strategy at Pamella minimarket and La Tansa is in conformity with Rasulullah’s marketing strategy keeping the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad such as; honesty, customer satisfaction, market segmentation, positioning and pricing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between economic growth, education level, and unemployment on poverty levels in the province of South Sumatra in 2017 – 2020. The method in this study is quantitative with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of South Sumatra and a sample of 17 districts and cities. The data analysis technique used is the panel data regression method with E-Views 10. The results of this study indicate that economic growth, education level, and unemployment have a significant effect on the poverty level simultaneously, while partially the level of education and unemployment influence the poverty level and the opposite of economic growth has no impact on the level of poverty.

Abstract

The growth of Islamic financial institutions becomes a matter of interest by many groups, both from the producer and the customer. The thing that attracts the most customers is because of religious and economic factors, the factor of religiosity can be seen that Sharia financial institutions apply Sharia principles, including in terms of financial accounting (Sharia accounting) and economic factors. In terms of recording, Islamic financial institutions must have regulations to create human resources that understand Sharia principles. This research was conducted at an Islamic tertiary institution in Palembang and the respondents were 5th semester students of Islamic banking study programs. A quantitative descriptive approach is expected to produce research results that are relevant to the current needs of the world of Islamic financial institutions. This study concludes that there is a positive and significant correlation between Sharia accounting learning and Islamic human resource development
