Abstract

BPJS membership has been at 99.44% of the total population of Aceh, but BPJS officials are still trying to maximize JKN - KIS membership to 100%. The Community Service Team of STIKes Bustanul Ulum Langsa was called to carry out outreach activities and assistance in community insurance participation in Paya Bujok Seulemak Village, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, attended by 23 participants consisting of community leaders, health cadres, Pokja management and RT administrators. This activity is carried out to provide awareness to the public about the importance of health insurance. The method of activities carried out is understanding through lectures and discussions on the reality of cases in the community regarding BPJS Insurance and providing assistance through direct practice in the field. Based on the results of the study, participants began to know what obligations must be fulfilled and their rights. Participants know the procedures or referral stages with various types of service items and types of drugs that are not covered by BPJS as well as sanctions and fines imposed by BPJS.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon that there are still many health workers who smoke their work environment, namely at Langsa Hospital even though health promotion has been carried out. So they want to examine the relationship between health promotion and their smoking behavior. Health promotion consists of advocacy, social support, and community empowerment. This study involved 50 health workers at the hospital with accidental sampling techniques and using chi square analysis tools. The results of the study found a relationship between advocacy and social support with smoking behavior, while for community support there was no relationship. This is due to the cultural culture of Aceh and allows every family to smoke and this habit is passed on to posterity even though it has been educated through various means. Therefore, it is recommended that the management of Langsa Hospital promote activities more actively so that health workers do not smoke while working and are in the hospital itself and at home. It can even stop smoking.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RSUD Sultan Abdul Azis Syah Peureulak. Populasi berjumlah 361 karyawan dengan sampel jenuh dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 karyawan yang sudah berstatus PNS. Metode analisis data regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh keseluruhan variabel bebas (lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan stres kerja) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh variabel lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan sedangkan pengaruh variabel stres kerja adalah negatif. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah gaya kepemimpinan diikuti oleh stres kerja kemudian lingkungan kerja. Tingkat korelasi antara faktor lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan yaitu cukup erat atau cukup kuat sebesar 42,1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka pentingnya ketiga variabel tersebut perlu dipertimbangkan dalam suatu organisasi karena memang benar dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.
