Abstract

The purpose of this study is to forecast the development of a project approach to the modernization of transport systems during the 10th technological order; descriptions of methodological provisions of the general theory of transport systems (transport ology, transport business theory). Studies of factors of growth of economic efficiency of project management in the field of transport formed by transport ology. Description of the algorithm for the implementation of ergo design policy in project management, formation of a factor model of increasing the economic efficiency of scientific support for project management in the modernization of transport systems. The methods of the article are ergo design, methodology of science, theory of technological orders, modeling, project approach, and analysis in project management. the scientific novelty of the article is connected with the formation of ergo design and the scientific theory of transport systems (transport ology, transport business theory) as a scientific basis for project management in the modernization of transport systems in the period of the 10th technological order.

Abstract

The subject of the article is the scientific and practical significance of the paradigm of the development of scientific support of the 10th technological order in the world economy; the object of the article is the effectiveness of the development processes of the tenth technological order in the economy and society; the purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the development processes of the tenth technological order; to achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: socio-economic roles and results are described the transition of organizations to the conditions of the tenth technological order; a systematic analysis of technological orders is carried out; the image of the future tenth technological order is formed; the expediency of applying the theory of technological order in systemic unity with crisis management is justified (it is shown that this will reduce the risks of crises); indicators are given to assess the effectiveness of the processes of the organization's entry into the tenth technological order; the scientific methods of this article are: historical analysis, system analysis, comparative and logical analysis; heuristic synthesis, political science, system-analytical approach, system engineering, expert methods, efficiency theory; Scientific novelty of the work is determined by the description of the scientific and practical significance of the theory of technological regimes to reduce risks and damage from the crisis, which is associated with the formation of the tenth technological regime.

Abstract

The subject of the article is the paradigm of design thinking as a method of scientific research and a method of project activity; the object of the work is design thinking in innovation activity; the purpose of the article is to increase the effectiveness of the practical use of design thinking in innovation activity; to achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: studying the history of development and the essence of the design thinking method; research of design thinking as one of the ways of scientific research; description of design thinking as a method of innovative project activity; the research methods in this article are: historical and logical analysis, the theory of large systems, comparative analysis, heuristic methods; the method of design thinking; the scientific novelty of the article is associated with the formation of the paradigm of design thinking as one of the directions of modern theory of cognition and methodology of innovative project activity, including in the field of education.

Abstract

The target of this study is to introduce ergo design for mentoring in the ecosystem of vocational education in the period of the 10th technological order. The purpose of the article is to improve the quality of vocational education in the conditions of the 10th technological order. To achieve these goals, the following tasks are solved. The evolution of vocational education technologies in the process of changing technological orders is investigated. The concept and essence of the ergo design of mentoring as an element of the national ecosystem of vocational education are clarified. Mentoring technologies in postgraduate additional vocational education in the conditions of the 10th technological order is investigated. Methodological provisions of mentoring in postgraduate additional vocational education in the conditions of the 10th technological order is developed.
