Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. This study is a quantitative study that describes and explains how the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. The population used was 45 employees who were also used as research samples, namely 45 respondents. The test of this research instrument uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, T test and F test and standardized coefficient beta. The results show that (1) leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of 0.535 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, (2) communication has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of of 0.450 with a significance of 0.003 < 0.05, (3) leadership and communication simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a calculated F value of 22.365 > F table of 3.22 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 , (4) leadership has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a standardized coefficient beta value of 0.454 > standardized coefficient beta communication of 0.380.

Abstract

Kukuh Village is one of the villages located in Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. One of the home industry entrepreneurs in Kukuh Village is now using banana tree midrib which can be processed as a snack for banana stem chips. Banana stem chips are one of the unique snacks known in Bali as Gedebong Chips. The home industry players who make banana midrib chips have difficulty in marketing the products they produce, so that not many people know about thisĀ  banana stem chips. Social media is one of the tools used in marketing products digitally to increase sales. Whether it's through social media Instagram, facebook, whatsapp, tik tok and other social media. The method of implementing this activity provides counseling and direct practice to home industry business actors regarding how to use social media and how to market products. This community service aims to maximize the use of social media in increasing sales of home industry products for banana stem chips.

Abstract

This review expects to test and exhibit the meaning of the way that the liquidity (current proportion), capital power, stock force, influence (obligation to resource proportion), and benefit (return on resources) of organizations in the shopper products industry that are recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade impact charge evasion. This study uses a quantitative; the general population in this study was 209 purchaser items industry associations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study covered a four-year period, from 2018 to 2021. A sample of 25 businesses was chosen using purposeful sampling based on a variety of factors. Methods of data analysis include the coefficient of determination test, the multiple linear regression test, the model feasibility test (F), and the classical assumption test. Companies in the consumer goods sector that do not pay taxes that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are unaffected by the variable liquidity, according to the study. The Capital Intensity variable makes it much less likely for companies in the Consumer Goods Industry that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to avoid paying taxes. On the Indonesia Stock Trade, tax avoidance by Buyer Merchandise Industry Organizations is unaffected by influence variable. The profitability variable has no effect on companies in the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange evading taxes. The variables Liquidity, Capital Intensity, Inventory Intensity, Leverage) and Profitability have an adjusted R square value of 0.114, indicating that they can explain 11.4% of tax avoidance, while other variables outside of this research model can explain the remaining 88.6%.
