Abstract

Fenomena Penuaan penduduk (ageing population) menjadi fenomena global, di mana hampir setiap negara mengalami penambahan penduduk lanjut usia. Posbindu atau Posyandu Lansia sebagai pos pelayanan terpadu untuk lansia tentunya untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pelayanan kesehatan lansia di masyarakat, sehingga pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan apa yang mereka butuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah lebih dalam terkait rendahnya dukungan dan peran keluarga terhadap lansia di kegiatan Posbindu dalam perspektif sosiologi keluarga melalui teori struktural fungsional. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah dari total keseuruhan dukungan keluarga didapatkan data bahwa hampir sebagian besar dari responden (53,2%) menyatakan dukungan keluarga yang tidak mendukung. Dukungan keluarga yang rendah tersebut disebabkan karena keluarga lansia bekerja sehingga kurang memperhatikan kesehatan dan segala macam kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan oleh lansia. Alasan lain tidak mendukungnya dukungan keluarga terhadap pemanfaatan posbindu lansia adalah dikarenakan hampir sebagian besar dari responden memiliki pendidikan yang kurang. Berdasarkan teori struktural fungsional. ketika anggota keluarga tidak menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik, tentu akan mengganggu keseimbangan dari keluarga sebagai suatu sistem. Rendahnya dukungan keluarga terhadap lansia dalam kegiatan Posbindu disinyalir tidak berjalannya fungsi sub-sistem sebagai anggota keluarga lansia tersebut.

Abstract

The lembang fault is active and can potentially trigger earthquakes in the West Bandung Regency area and its surroundings. The lembang fault has two segments, namely the western and eastern segments, with a movement of 3 mm/year. The Ngamprah Raya Special School (SLB) is a school for children with special needs located in the Lembang fault area in the western segment. This condition causes SLB Ngamprah Raya to be in an earthquake-prone area. One of those affected is highly vulnerable to earthquakes, namely children, even more vulnerable, namely children with special needs or inclusion. Children with special needs need education regarding the Lembang fault earthquake and earthquake disaster mitigation. Earthquake disaster mitigation learning based on fun games needs to be done for Children with Special Needs. The purpose of this study is to utilize fun game media for earthquake disaster mitigation education for children with special needs. The method used is participatory observation involving accompanying teachers and students. The sample used is accidental sampling. The study results show that the fun game of snakes and ladders based on disaster mitigation is effective and efficient for children with special needs with mental retardation. In its implementation, game time and participants must be considered and limited to achieve learning. Students get developmental achievements as expected by going through three cycles. Each cycle is carried out with an effective and efficient snake and ladders game adjustment scheme. Learners are more likely to be able to capture interactive material. Snakes and ladders fun game can be an alternative solution in developing earthquake disaster mitigation learning media for mental retardation.Keywords: Fun game, Disaster Mitigation, Children with Special Needs.

Abstract

HIV is a disease that can attack a person's immune system, and there is no effective drug to eliminate HIV disease. Indonesia is one of the countries with the fifteenth largest population affected by HIV disease in the world. The city of Bandung is the area that has the most HIV cases in the province of Java; based on data from the Bandung City Health Office, there were 4,620 people infected with HIV in 2018. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the distribution of HIV cases and the distribution of key populations in the city of Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative description method by collecting various secondary data from the health department so that it is processed using a Geographic Information System. The spatial analysis used is the Spatial Autocorrelation Report, which will describe based on data on HIV cases and key populations. The results of the study illustrate that HIV cases have a random distribution pattern and have no correlation between locations and HIV cases. Meanwhile, the distribution pattern of the key population has a random distribution pattern or does not correlate with the location and the key population, so there is a tendency for a relationship between HIV cases and the number of key populations.Keywords: HIV, Key Population, Geography Information System, BandungĀ

Abstract
