Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan pola konsumsi mahasiswa UMY. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden, menggunakan teknik random sampling. Variabel bebas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uang saku, gaya hidup, literasi ekonomi, dan dummy fakultas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel uang saku dan literasi ekonomi memilki pengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi mahasiswa UMY. Variabel gaya hidup dan dummy fakultas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi mahasiswa UMY.

Abstract

This research is quantitative. The population of this research was all of Micro Enterprises in Kulon Progo Regency. The sample of this research were 156 micro-entrepreneurs in the Kulonprogo district. This research used a simple random sampling technique to get the data. The researcher used a questionnaire as the instrument, which tested both its validity and its reliability. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Chi-Square test. The result showed, the majority of respondents had knowledge (79,5%), and the ability of financial literacy (80,8%) was categorized in the high-level category. There was a no different level of financial literacy for the micro-entrepreneur in Kulon Progo Regency based on the gender.

Abstract

The research carried out in Kulon Progo Regency aims to analyze the economic potential that will exist to develop strategies that can be used to develop the economy in Kulon Progo Regency. This study uses data from 2013 to 2017 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Kulon Progo Regency and Yogyakarta Special Region. This study uses several analytical tools, namely Statistical Location Quotient (SLQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Shift Share Analysis, Klassen Typology Analysis, and the SWOT analysis approach. Based on the combined analysis of SLQ and DLQ, there are three sectors: the mining and quarrying sector, wholesale trade and retail, car and motorcycle repair, government administration, defense, and social security. These sectors are the crucial sectors at present and will remain the base sectors in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the Human Development Index in the Special Regional of Yogyakarta. This study uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Regional Asset Financial Management Agency (BPKAD) in the Special Regional of Yogyakarta, namely Yogyakarta City, Sleman Regency, Bantul Regency, Kulon Progo Regency, and Gunung Kidul Regency in 2013- 2018. Meanwhile, the analysis tools used in the study used the Panel Data Method with the Fixed Effect Model approach. This study indicates that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) and government spending in the health sector positively and significantly affect the Human Development Index. Government spending in the education sector has a negative and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh dan determinasi harga komoditas dunia seperti harga minyak dunia, harga batubara dunia, harga emas dunia dan harga nikel dunia terhadap indeks mining di Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series harian dari Januari 2016 sampai Agustus 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vector Correction Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan harga batubara dunia berpengarh positif (+) terhadap indeks mining dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Harga emas dunia berpengaruh negatif (-) terhadap indeks mining dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Harga minyak memberikan pengaruh (+) terhadap indek mining tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh kepada indeks dalam jangka panjang. Harga nikel dunia memberikan pengaruh (-) terhadap indeks mining dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the value of willingness to pay and analyze the factors that affect consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel. This study's dependent variable is income, number of owned vehicles, the frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. In this study sample of 100 Pertamax fuel users in Yogyakarta were selected using the Purposive Sampling method. This study using multiple linear regression or Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results show that the value of consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel is Rp. 10,545. The factors that influence willingness to pay are income, frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. These three variables are positive and have a significant influence on consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamaxfuel. While the variable number of the owned vehicle

Abstract

This research aims to examine how product knowledge, promotion, consumers’ awareness, purchase frequency, and income influence on Willingness to Pay (WTP) for halal labelled cosmetics on non-Muslim community in Yogyakarta. This research used primary data with total 100 respondents by purposive sampling method. In addition, the analysis tool in this research are descriptive statistics, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) which being used to predict willingness to pay, and multiple regression model on SPSS 20 as data analysis program. The result of this research shows that consumers’ awareness, purchase frequency, and income are positively and significantly influencing Willingness to Pay (WTP). And also the WTP value obtained for facial wash is Rp43.750, facial powder is Rp74.420, body wash is Rp31.670, toothpaste is Rp20.610, shampoo is Rp21.230, and body mist is Rp78.310.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to analyze the different of region development in Gorontalo Province in the year 2008-2012, the development of region economy, and sectors that growth rapidly to be concerned in each region. The research uses the secondary data, namely, PDRB, and the growth of economy on each region. The tools use Williamson Index, Klassen Typology, Location Quotient (LQ), Model of Growth Ratio (MRP) and Overlay. Based on the analysis, we can conclude; the disparity of the region development is low with the value IW around 0,161-0,173. In Gorontalo Province, the region is divided into three quarters, namely, Boalemo and Bone Bolango in the 4th quarter (the low development, and low income), Gorontalo and Gorontalo Utara in 3rd quarter (high development, low income). Kota Gorontalo and Puhowato in 1st quarter (high development and high income). On each region in Gorontalo they have more than 2 sectors which growth so well. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pembangunan daerah di Provinsi Gorontalo pada tahun 2008-2012, pembangunan ekonomi kabupaten/kota, dan sektor baik tumbuh cepat yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di setiap daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, seperti, PDRB per kapita dan pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/ provinsi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Indeks Williamson, Tipologi Klassen, Location Quotient (LQ), Model Rasio Pertumbuhan (MRP), dan Overlay. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan hasilnya;. Disparitas pembangunan daerah rendah dengan nilai IW tentang 0,161-0,173. Daerah di Provinsi Gorontalo dibagi menjadi tiga kuadran, yaitu Boalemo dan Bone Bolango di kuadran IV (pertumbuhan rendah dan berpeng­hasilan rendah), Gorontalo dan Gorontalo Utara di kuadran III (pertumbuhan tinggi dan ber­penghasilan rendah), Kota Gorontalo dan Pohuwato pada kuadran I (pertumbuhan tinggi dan berpenghasilan tinggi) kabupaten. Pada setiap daerah di Provinsi Gorontalo memiliki lebih dari dua sektor yang tumbuh sangat baik.

Abstract

Meanwhile, the 1997 economic crisis and global economic down turn hard altogether becomes a trigger for the emergency of this new approach, as an alternative to interest-base economic system. In response to the growing demand and changing circumstances, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia then launched the unprecedented Sharia’s (or Islamic) Banking Enactment No. 7 in 1992, which initiated the legal framework for the dual banking system in the country. This initiation has fueled the establishment of the Islamic units as separate branches under conventional bank, following the pioneering full-fledge Islamic Banks. The growth of Islamic Banking and financial system brings about a new hope, that the new system would be able to lead millions of people to prosperity. However, it is not unchallenged. Abstract

The role of local government in exploring local resource will determine success story of the local government. This study conclude that local government has a high dependence on central government especially in financing routine expenditure of the government. The role of local government can be done by increasing Penerimaan Asli Daerah (PAD).
