Abstract

Tote bag ramah lingkungan merupakan ide usaha yang timbul dari permasalahan sosial, yaitu maraknya penggunaan plastik yang mencemari lingkungan. Dari permasalahan tersebut, muncullah ide untuk membuat produk pengganti plastik berbahan ramah lingkungan, tujuannya untuk menciptakan produk pengganti yang tidak menggantikan fungsi utamanya. Tote bag ramah lingkungan berbahan kain kanvas dengan desain yang memiliki nilai tambah dan dapat dilipat menjadi pocket bag, dengan tambahan unsur kain batik sebagai media pelestarian budaya Indonesia. Pemecahan masalah dilakukan melalui penelitian pustaka untuk mengumpulkan data terkait, serta analisis bisnis menggunakan metode analisis PESTEL dan STP (Segmentation, Targeting, dan Positioning). Berdasarkan metode yang telah dirancang, rencana usaha tote bag ramah lingkungan telah dilaksanakan sejak tanggal 10 Agustus 2020. Penjualan dan pemasaran dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan konsep digital marketing. Target konsumen adalah remaja, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, pada rentang usia 15–24 tahun. Pada tanggal 20–22 Oktober 2020 telah dilaksanakan launching produk, pre-order, dan telah dipesan sebanyak 10 unit dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp.357.000.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri yang semakin ketat membuat perusahaan harus mampu bersaing. Salah satu cara untuk mempertahankan perusahaan adalah dengan melakukan pengendalian kualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat cacat yang terjadi pada produk 4L45W 21.5 Y yang merupakan salah satu produk PT Sakae Riken Indonesia. Selain itu, untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk menekan angka cacat tersebut. Data yang digunakan adalah berupa data jumlah produksi dan produk cacat yang didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan Seven Tools dan Kaizen Five-M Checklist. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data secara statistik didapatkan tiga jenis cacat pada produk 4L45W 21.5 MY yaitu kaburi, hadare, dan nikel. Adapun jenis cacat yang paling dominan adalah kaburi dengan proporsi 50%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Kaizen Five-M Checklist, perbaikan yang diusulkan untuk menekan angka cacat adalah dengan pembekalan dan pelatihan karyawan secara berkala, penyesuaian prosedur operasi standar mengenai pekerjaan, perawatan mesin, dan evaluasi area kerja guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs must be considered of procuring raw materials, because it can be a source of considerable expenditure. CV LKM had to incur a large cost for one time procurement of raw materials for each production period, apart from limited access, this was also due to the absence of an appropriate order size, and the exact order schedule. This can affect the quality of raw materials in the form of vegetables because they easily rot or expire. Various methods can be used, one of which is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, because there are several types of raw materials, the multi-item EOQ method is used. Study aims to determine the order size, order frequency, safety stock, and reorder point (ROP) to produce an efficient cost so that the CV LKM raw material procurement scheduling model is formed. After the calculation, based on the multi-item EOQ method on perishable products, the results were around 3.4 kg and 7.4 kg for order sizes, as well as decreasing order frequency, safety stock of 0.88 kg and 5.77 kg with ROP of 1.4 kg and 6.8 kg. It is also estimated that the total cost to be paid by CV LKM is IDR791.730.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the sales level of UMKM Storing Coffee in order to develop an appropriate marketing plan, thus increasing sales profitability. Forecasting is a technique used to predict future values using historical data. This research was conducted on a UMKM that specializes in Coffee beverages, namely Storing Coffee in Karawang city. This research was conducted by observing the sales forecasting analysis of coffee beverage products. The forecasting method used was an average with a trend analysis. Analysis was performed by comparing the smallest margin of error using the trend analysis method. Trend analysis is a technique used to determine the extent of fluctuations and factors that influence them. The profitability ratio is used to evaluate the effectiveness of business management. The higher the profitability ratio, the better because it means that the business owner obtains higher profits.
