Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of symptoms that indicate that the Fiqh teacher has used the Reconnecting strategy well while the students' Fiqh learning outcomes are still not good. This study aims to determine the effect of using the Reconnecting learning strategy on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Langkat. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The population of this study was the entire class VII of Madrasag Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Langkat totaling 225 students. The research sample amounted to 45 students. Sampling using simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation with the help of SPSS statistics 28.0.0.0. The results of the data research analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the use of the Reconnecting learning strategy and the learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Langkat. The correlation coefficient value of 0.490 is greater than rtable at the 5% significance level (0.301). Significant value 0.001 < 0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The contribution of the Reconnecting learning strategy to student learning outcomes in Jurisprudence subjects is 49%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the effectiveness of the madrasa principal's leadership in managing information systems and work climates at Yaspen Muslim Islamic Private MTs Pematang Tengah. Another problem that can be found is that the creation of a good work climate in the madrasa environment has not been fulfilled. The principal applies an authoritarian system in leading the school so that a conducive school climate is not created. Leadership does not work effectively in madrasas. The impact is certainly very large for the education management that is carried out. The goals to be achieved will be difficult to achieve optimally because the existing systems are not well developed with one another. Innate will tend to be uncomfortable at work and the results will definitely not be effective. For this reason, it is necessary to build a good working relationship between the principal and the teacher. The conclusions in this study are that: An analysis of the madrasa principal's knowledge of information systems and work climate has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the madrasa principal's leadership. This is because if the principal does not have an understanding of information systems and the work climate, it can hinder the formation of leadership effectiveness. So, based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with resource persons, it can be concluded that the head of the madrasa has made a maximum contribution in shaping leadership effectiveness through knowledge of information systems and a good work climate.

Abstract

Jenis pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung yaitu: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang diguanakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian autentik kurikulum merdeka mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak siswa kelas X MAN 1 Langkat dilakukan dengan menilai menilai seluruh aspek yang harus dinilai dalam penilaian autentik baik itu aspek kognitif atau pengetahuan, aspek afektif atau sikap, dan psikomotorik. Pada aspek pengetahuan guru Akidah Akhlak menggunakan penilaian dengan bentuk tes tertulis, lisan, dan penugasan untuk aspek afektif menggunakan bentuk penilaian observasi langsung, yaitu guru mengamati sikap peserta didik secara langsung, pada aspek psikomotorik guru Akidah Akhlak menggunakan bentuk penilaian unjuk kerja yaitu pesrta didik diminta menampilkan kemampuannya secara langsung saat proses pembelajaran serta membuat tugas yang diberikan. Implementasi dalam menumbuhkan pendidikan karakter mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak siswa kelas X MAN 1 Langkat 1 Langkat yaitu pembinaan melalui pembiasaan, pembinaan etika melalui perhatian, pembinaan etika melalui pemberian motivasi, pembinaan etika melalui pemberian hukuman. Faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam menumbuhkan pendidikan karakter mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak siswa kelas X MAN 1 Langkat yaitu faktor keluarga, faktor lingkungan bermaindan pergaulan siswa, kurangnya kerjasama antara guru agama dengan orang tua siswa, karakter siswa yang sulit dibentuk, dan kemajuan teknologi.

Abstract

This study has two objectives, namely to describe the implementation of learning leadership by principals in improving student learning outcomes. This is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior. This research applied interview, observation and documentation in collecting the data. For analyzing the data, this research used a nonstatistic method, namely descriptive data analysis. It means that the data obtained through research on the implementation of learning leadership by principals and is reported as it is. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively to get an overview of the facts. Based on the results of research conducted in MAN 2 Langkat, it can be concluded that the principal is the most important element in improving the quality of education. To be able to improve the quality of education, principals must conduct good learning leadership. The implementation of learning leadership in MAN 2 Langkat in terms of the learning leadership model expressed by Hallinger and Murphy is divided into three dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, management of good learning and creating a conducive school climate. These three dimensions are then specified into eleven descriptors.

Abstract

This research is a field research (field research), with a qualitative approach, the subjects used in this study are students keals X MAS Al Fath Langkat and also ustadz and ustadzah tahfidz house MAS Al Fath Langkat became informants in the study. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study it is known that the implementation of the Qur'an memorization program in class X MAS Al Fath Langkat is carried out on Monday to Friday after school starts at 14:00 - Before Asr. The implementation of the tahfidz program in class X MAS Al Fath Langkat begins with reading first and depositing the reading then memorizing and depositing their respective memorization. Then after the implementation of this activity will be evaluated by the tahfidz coach every 6 months to determine the improvement of the memorization ability of each student. Problems of class X students of MAS Al-Fath Langkat in memorizing the Qur'an include the difficulty of students dividing school and cottage time, the emergence of laziness, lack of muroja'ah, difficulty dividing time, there are verses that are difficult to memorize and a less conducive environment. The solution applied by students of class X MAS Al Fath Langkat in overcoming the problems they face is divided into several parts. The solution to overcoming the problem of time sharing is by increasing school learning hours and students are required to be able to manage time so that they can manage between doing schoolwork and memorizing, then to overcome the problem of laziness the solution is that students must return to their intention and also the teacher must continue to provide motivation and reward for students who memorize. Furthermore, to overcome the problem of muroja'ah, the teacher always guides students for 15 minutes before starting the lesson to repeat their memorization. To overcome verses that are difficult to memorize, the solution is that students must learn more extra in understanding the verse and determine the right method in memorizing such as dividing the verse into several parts before memorizing or writing back the verse so that it is easy to remember. To overcome the problem of a less conducive location, teachers and students in the implementation should not watch in the classroom, it should be done in a quiet and quiet place so that students can more easily concentrate on memorizing.

Abstract

Teacher at Hujjaturrahman Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Pura. Field research was used to obtain the data needed in this study, namely by using data collection tools through observation, interviews or structured interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed. In this study, qualitative research was used with an analytical description approach, namely by describing the research results obtained through structured interviews on research sources. The results of the qualification program research, in this program the teachers at the Hujjaturrahmah Tanjung Pura Islamic Boarding School already have the qualifications required by the government, which means that in this case it has shown that the teachers at the Hujjaturrahmah Tanjung Pura Islamic Boarding School have good competence, and there are still some teachers who teach not in accordance with qualifications possessed. Furthermore, the certification program, in this case is the same as the qualification program where in the certification program there are several teachers who have not taken part in certification. The efforts of the madrasa head for this program are always carried out and the waka always provides assistance in the form of services. In the training program, madrasas dispatch educators when they receive training invitations. Not only training outside the madrasah, but also carrying out training within the madrasah. The implementation is also in accordance with existing steps, starting from identifying the problems faced by teachers to following up on training activities. The teacher quality improvement program is research, in this research program carried out by the head of the madrasa in the form of classroom action research so that the research leads to supervision . Although there are several teachers who carry out classroom action research, there is no implementation yet.

Abstract

Model Cooperative jigsaw ini adalah suatu tipe pembelajaran kooperatif yang terdiri dari beberapa anggota dalam suatu kelompok yang bertanggung jawab atas penguasaan bagian materi belajar dan mampu mengajarkan materi tersebut kepada anggota lain dalam kelompoknya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan Model Cooperative Jigsaw pada mata pelajaran Alquran Hadist di Kelas X MAS Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, mendeskripsikan bagaimana prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Alquran Hadist di Kelas X MAS Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, dan mengetahui pengaruh Model Cooperative Jigsaw terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Alquran Hadist di Kelas X MAS Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. Penelitian ini tergolong pada Penelitian Kuantitatif dimana teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini, yaitu menggu nakan Angket (Kuesioner). hasil pengujian hipotesis statistik dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara Model Cooperative Jigsaw terhadap Prestasi belajar Siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 33% dan sisanya sebesar 67% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, seperti strategi belajar yang diterapkan peserta didik dan faktor ketersediaan fasilitas belajar di rumah maupun di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding in class VIII MTs Al-Jamiyatul Chalidiyah Stabat by using the Hypnotahfidz Academy Method in increasing Al-Qur'an memorization. This study uses a type of research, namely Classroom Action Research with two cycles and each cycle consists of four stages including planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII-A with a total of 26 students. Based on the results of the research, using the Hypnotahfidz Academy method can increase the memorization of the Qur'an in class VIII-A MTs Al-Jamiyatul Chalidiyah Stabat. In cycle I, it can be seen that the results of increasing student memorization were obtained from 26 students who had achieved learning mastery of 15 students and students who did not achieve learning mastery of 11 students with a percentage of 57.69% and could be included in the sufficient criteria. In cycle II, students have shown an increase in good results of memorizing the Koran, with 24 students achieving mastery learning and 2 students not achieving mastery learning with a learning mastery percentage of 92.30% and included in very good criteria. In cycle I and cycle II, students' memorization using the Hypnotahfidz Academy method has increased and the increase is 34.61%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Hypnotahfidz Academy method can increase the memorization of the Koran for class VIII MTs Al-Jamiyatul Chalidiyah Stabat

Abstract

The inhibiting factor in increasing students' Spiritual Quotient abilities is that the implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has not yet fully taken place face-to-face. Instead, learning and teaching activities are limited to the implementation of online or online learning programs. So that the teacher of the Akidah Akhlak study area cannot apply the Habit Forming model by getting students used to applying the material being studied. This type of research was conducted in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR). According to the type of research chosen, namely classroom action research, this research uses an action research model in the form of a spiral and one cycle to the next cycle. The results of the research in this study that the increase in students' Spiritual Quotient abilities in the pre-cycle to the third cycle. Based on the data of students' completeness scores in increasing the Spiritual Quotient ability in the Akidah Akhlak subject in the pre-cycle to cycle III, this is because in the second cycle the student's mastery value only reaches 77.5%, so based on the results of the coordination of researchers with teachers in the field of study of Akidah Akhlak, the application of the model Habit Forming in the field of study of Akidah Akhlak is continued until cycle III.
