<![CDATA[Kegiatan ini dimulai dari adanya kebutuhan kelompok Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Pegajahan untuk Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait penggunaan dan perkembangan teknologi khususnya tentang peralihan ataupun migrasi TV Analog ke TV Digital. Pemahaman terkait penggunaan Multiplekser dan pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi SinyalTVDigital. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan wawancara yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen Politeknik Negeri Medan kepada mitra diwakilkan oleh Kepala Sekolah Mts Swasta Rahmat Desa Bulu Cina Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pelaksanaan PKM ini diawali dengan melakukan survey kepada mitra terkait tingkat pemahaman masyarakat khususnya peserta didik dalam memahami proses migrasi TV Analog ke TV Digital. Kemudian dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi sebagai bentuk solusi dari hasil survey yang telah dilakukan. Diharapkan dari sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diberikan akan menambah ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta sekaligus bisa memberikan informasi terkait migrasi TV Analog ke TV Digital khusunya di lingkungan keluarga masing-masing. Dimana aplikasi SinyalTVDigital diintal terlebih dahulu pada smartphone. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah melakukan evaluasi untuk melihat apakah dalam penyampaian materi mudah dipahami oleh peserta.
