Abstract

This article is structured with four objectives, namely: (1) to describe how to cultivate and utilize BSF maggots; (2) describe how to optimize the potential of milkfish as a local product; (3) describe the influence of the program on people's income; and (4) describe how to establish and develop the quality of local fishery institutions. The method of implementing KDP consists of the preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation, workshops and hearings, as well as program sustainability. The results of the service that have been carried out are the cultivation and utilization of BSF maggots, starting with socialization and cultivation training with ecologists and continued with the practice of making cages, hatching eggs, and care. Furthermore, training and assistance were also carried out on how to process and market processed milkfish products into nuggets with culinary practitioners. Based on the calculation results, the program has a significant influence on people's income, where the target community who originally did not work becomes an income or it can be said that their income increases by 100%. Then, a local fishery institution was formed consisting of village youths who were tasked with maintaining the consistency of program implementation so that it had a sustainable impact.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to optimize information services for residents of the Department of Education Management and the general public related to improving the quality of information services in a practical and integrated manner. The method in this study uses the Waterfall Model, which is 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance). The results of the research obtained products that have been in accordance with the design process following the Waterfall Model, in the form of the 'MP Mobile Apps' application starting from features to the process of filling in information on the application by adjusting the conditions and development of programs or activities organized by the Department of Education Management, so that the optimization of the information system through the E-PR concept is realized and has been used by residents of the Department of Education Management. Keywords: Development, Electronic Public Relations, Optimization, Management Information System Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu optimalisasi layanan informasi bagi warga Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan dan masyarakat umum terkait meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi secara praktis dan terintegrasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Waterfall Model, yaitu ada 5 tahapan (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance). Hasil penelitian diperoleh produk yang telah sesuai proses perancangan mengikuti Waterfall Model, berupa aplikasi ‘MP Mobile Apps’ mulai dari fitur hingga proses pengisian informasi pada aplikasi dengan menyesuaikan kondisi dan perkembangan program atau kegiatan yang diselenggarakan Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan, sehingga optimalisasi sistem informasi melalui konsep E-PR terwujud dan telah digunakan  oleh warga Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Electronic Public Relation, Optimalisasi, Sistem Informasi Manajemen

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait gambaran kepemimpinan melayani, iklim sekolah dan komitmen guru di SD Negeri berbasis inklusif di Kota Surabaya serta pengaruh variable kepemimpinan melayani dan iklim sekolah terhadap komitmen guru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 123 guru SD Negeri berbasis inklusif di Kota Surabaya. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada 8 SD Negeri berbasis inklusif di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan untuk tingkat kepemimpinan melayani memiliki rata-rata 90,3, tingkat iklim sekolah memiliki rata-rata 98,8 dan tingkat komitmen guru memiliki rata-rata 48,9. Untuk uji T, variable kepemimpinan melayani (X1) memperoleh nilai T hitung > T tabel yaitu 2,239 >1,97993 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh. Kemudian untuk variable iklim sekolah (X2) memperoleh T hitung > T table yaitu 8,824 > 1.97993 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh terhadap komitmen guru (Y) sedangkan untuk uji F memperoleh nilai F hitung > F table yaitu 165.544 > 2.68 yang artinya secara simulta kepemimpinan melayani (X1) dan iklim sekolah (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen guru (Y) di SD Negeri berbasis inklusif di Kota Surabaya.
