<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of cooperation between the owner of the pharmacy facility (PSA) and the pharmacist managing the pharmacy (APA) and the settlement of disputes in the cooperation agreement between the owner of the pharmacy facility (PSA) and the pharmacist managing the pharmacy (APA). This research is normative research supported by empirical research. Then the data were analyzed qualitatively and presented in a descriptive form. Based on the results of the research and discussion it was found that the implementation of the Cooperation between the Owner of the Pharmacy Facilities (PSA) and the Pharmacist Managing the Pharmacy is based on the Deed of Agreement made against a Notary, which contains the rights and obligations that have been agreed upon by the parties. The settlement that is carried out in the event of a dispute between the two parties is through deliberation to reach a consensus. If it cannot be resolved by deliberation, then the settlement is carried out through the Manpower Office. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan perjanjian Kerja Sama antara Pemilik Sarana Apotik (PSA) dengan Apoteker Pengelola Apotik (APA) dan penyelesaiannya sengketa dalam Perjanjian Kerja Sama antara Pemilik Sarana Apotik (PSA) dengan Apoteker Pengelola Apotik (APA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif didukung penelitian empiris. Kemudian data di analisa secara kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kerja Sama antara Pemilik Sarana Apotik (PSA) dengan Apoteker Pengelola Apotik didasarkan pada Akta Perjanjian yang dibuat dihadapkan Notaris, yang berisikan hak dan kewajiban yang telah disepakati para pihak. Penyelesaian yang dilakukan apabila terjadi sengketa antara kedua belah adalah melalui jalan musyawarah untuk mufakat. Apabila tidak dapat diselesaikan secara musyawarah, maka penyelesaiannya dilakukan melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja.]]>
