Abstract

This study discussed the Analysis of Child Parenting Patterns from Environmental Impacts on Students' Counting Skills at SD Negeri 1 Sunanggalih. This study aimed to determine the form of parenting and the impact of the school environment on numeracy skills. The resource persons in this study consisted of 22 people in the form of 10 parents, 10 students and 2 teachers. This research was a qualitative research with data collection methods using the instruments of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was used the following steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there were two forms of parenting applied by parents, namely democratic parenting and permissive parenting. The school environment had a great influence on students' numeracy skills

Abstract

This study aims to develop a science module as material for learning activities, especially in science subjects using the Borg and Gall research model which consists of 10 steps simplified into 7 steps, namely (1) conducting a needs analysis, (2) planning, (3) initial product development, (4) limited testing, (5) revision of product test results, (6) main product test, (7) final product revision. This study was conducted on class IV students with a total of 22 students. This research and development instrument uses validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results of the media design expert validation test with a total score of "58" are in the range of 51 < X ≤ 63 with the category "Good". The results of the language expert validation test with a total score of "69" are in the range of X < 63 with the category "Excellent". The results of the material expert validation test with a total score of "72" are in the range of X < 63 with the category "Excellent". The results of the questionnaire of student responses to the validity and effectiveness of the use of the modules developed received an average score of "67.5" and were in the range of X < 63 with the category "Excellent". So that it can be concluded, the science module as material for learning activities is valid and effectively used in the learning process.Keywords:  Module Teaching Materials, Natural Sciences (IPA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quantum Learning Model Based on Local Wisdom on Student Learning Outcomes on Fraction Material. In fourth grade students of SD Negeri 02 Aikmel Barat. The design form used in this research is one group pretest and posttest design. In this design there is one group, research that has a pretest before treatment and posttest after treatment. In this design the effect of a treatment is seen based on the results of the prestest and posttest. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students totaling 28 people. To measure student learning outcomes, a test (Question Description) was used. This description question amounted to 10 items, on the average value of the pretest and posttest using the N-Gain formula to get the pretest results of 12.2449 and posttest 76.25. From the data results there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The N-Gain formula for the effectiveness of using the quantum learning model based on local wisdom on fraction material is quite effective to use with data results of 66.24759. The category of questions using the N-Gain formula with data of 0.662476 is in the medium category. The data prerequisite test was carried out by testing the normality of the data with the Liliefors formula. From the test results obtained normal distribution data. While the hypothesis test uses the t-test formula. based on the pretest results, the average value is 32.85714 while the average posttest result is 76.25. For the hypothesis test results obtained, namely 16.15> 2.052. This means that the accepted hypothesis test is the Effect of Quantum Learning Model Based on Local Wisdom on Student Learning Outcomes on Fraction Material at SD Negeri 02 West Aikmel.
