Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzes the performance of the Kompas 100 stock before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in the period 2019 – 2020. This study uses stock price data for 40 companies listed in the Kompas 100 stock group on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 25 with a paired sample difference test model (compare means paired samples t test). This study found that there were differences in the situation before and after the COVID-19 pandemic on the volatility of the Kompas 100 stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In general, there has been a decline in the share price of Kompas 100 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which reached -12.46% after the pandemic in 2020 compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic situation in 2019.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi geografis, mengetahui penyebab banjir dan akibat yang ditimbulkan, serta mitigasi bencana banjir di Kecamatan Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengamatan (observasi) dan wawancara (interview) yang termasuk jenis studi kasus. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menganalisis hasil pengumpulan data berupa pandangan, opini, dan faktual yang telah dipaparkan dan dialami oleh narasumber. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan peneliti yang dianggap sesuai dengan jumlah populasi secara acak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa letak geografis suatu daerah dapat memicu terjadinya bencana banjir. Hal terpenting yang dilakukan oleh warga setempat adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman akan mitigasi bencana banjir, mengetahui perihal saat terjadi dan pasca bencana banjir dengan bantuan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to examine the effect of corporate governance on earnings management to manufacture companies that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017-2019. The independent variables used in this study are the size of the board of commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership.The sample selection by purposive sampling method and 107 companies qualified as sample or 214 observations. This hypothesis testing in this research used multiple linier regression model. Partially, the size of the board of commissionersandaudit committeehas a significant effect on earnings management. Howeverinstitutional ownership had noeffect on earnings management.
