Abstract

Anika Polytechnic is one of the private universities in South Sumatra Province, precisely in the city of Palembang. To improve the quality of services to students at anika Polytechnic, one of the efforts that has been made is to build an academic information system. Anika Polytechnic has 20 permanent lecturers and 105 active students. So far, the process of daily activities mechanism at Anika Polytechnic has been carried out using a system even though the system is still desktop-based. So that the process of entering the lecture schedule is still carried out by the campus admin and cannot be done online. The solution to this problem is to build a web-based academic information system using PHP and MySQL programming languages as a database to store data developed using web engineering methods. Abstract

The process of accepting new students is the earliest gate of learning activities that students will enter at a school of their choice. Assanadyah Palembang Vocational School is one of the vocational schools in the city of Palembang which is still carrying out the conventional new student admissions process, namely by using a registration form for making new student admission reports by relying on the main book as a data storage medium. The method used in developing the new student admission system uses web engineering which consists of several stages, namely Customer Communication, Modeling, Planning, Construction and Delivery and Feedback. The test results using black box testing with the aspect of functionality obtained a score of 100%, for testing the usability aspect the results obtained 85% and it was stated that this website is useful, and can present the information needed accurately, easily and efficiently with an online computerized system.

Abstract

Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Disperkim) merupakan salah satu dinas yang ada di kota Palembang yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Gubernur Sumatera Selatan. Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan permukiman terletak di Jl.Ade Irma Nasution No.10,Sungai Pangeran, Ilir Timur I, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Selama ini proses penerimaan bedah rumah dilakukan mulai dari lurah mengumpulkan data masyarakat yang tidak layak huni setelah data terkumpul, disperkim meminta data kepada lurah, data yang diambil masih manual dan kurang jelasnya informasi yang di dapat. sehingga sering terjadinya KKN (korupsi, kolusi, nepotisme). Untuk membantu permasalahan ini, maka peneliti memberikan solusi dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi penerimaan bedah rumah berbasis web mobile di Sumatera Selatan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming, karena metode ini melibatkan pengguna untuk ikut serta dalam pembangunan aplikasi. Hasil dari penetian ini adalah aplikasi penerimaan bedah rumah berbasis web mobile sehingga masyarakat yang merasa layak mendapatkan bantuan bedah rumah dapat mengajukan sesuai pesyaratan yang sudah ditentukan untuk menghindari terjadinya KKN (korupsi, kolusi, nepotisme) dan jelas nya informasi yg didapat sehingga proses lebih menjadi efektif dan efisien.
