Abstract

Komputer merupakan mesin penghitung elektronik yang cepat dan dapat menerima informasi input digital, kemudian memprosesnya sesuai dengan program yang tersimpan di memorinya, dan menghasilkan output berupa informasi. Untuk mengakses informasi, perlu adanya suatu pelatihan atau kursus yang dilakukan untuk mengenal akan sistem informasi itu. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk adalah dengan membentuk sebuah wadah pelatihan atau kursus komputer yang dilaksanakan secara singkat atau kilat. Team Teaching merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang mampu mengefektifkan kegiatan belajar secara tim atau berkelompok. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Padduppa oleh Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Puangrimaggalatung Sengkang. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak tingkat sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Padduppa. Dengan adanya kursus kilat komputer ini, diharapkan agar anak-anak memperoleh pelatihan dan bimbingan selama belajar Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil dilaksanakan dan dapat memberikan pengalaman nyata bagi mahasiswa maupun anak-anak Kelas 3A SDA 2 Pusat Sengkang.

Abstract

Good governance is always related to a job, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide quality work and good quality, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data source) and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the effect of good governance on employee performance at the Majuleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of the analysis of research data on Good Governance and Work Performance, that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise with the Job Performance variable which is in the good category. The influence of the good governance variable on work performance is in the very strong and positive category with significant data. It can be concluded from the results of the study entitled the influence of Good Governance on work performance as follows: Good Governance at the Majuleng District Office, Wajo Regency, is in the good category. The work performance of the employees of the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency, is in the very good category. The results of the data analysis show that the influence given is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the influence of performance allowances and employee performance. In addition, the general objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Performance Allowances on Employee Performance at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency. This type of research uses a census research type with a descriptive study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, questionnaires / questionnaires. The population of this study were employees at the Pitumpanua District office, Wajo Regency. This study used descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Performance Allowances and Employee Performance at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency are included in the very good category. In addition, the Performance Allowance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency.

Abstract

At this time, the government implemented an online service system (e-government). However, in an effort to develop it, it is still very far from optimal given that there is no website that is accurate for this service and the majority of people are still too unfamiliar with technology. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about the effectiveness of public services through the implementation of online family card services for the Atakkae Village Community at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Wajo Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method with a survey research type, in which the researcher took a sample from a population and used a questionnaire as a data support tool. The research population is the people who receive services in making Family Cards and live in the Atakkae Village. Data collection was carried out using observation, questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used was descriptive and statistical analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of public services through online family card services for the Atakkae Village Community at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Wajo Regency is indicated to be good in its application.

Abstract

The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship direction
