<![CDATA[Health protocols are rules and conditions that must be followed by all parties in order to carry out activities safely during the Covid-19 pandemic. The level of community compliance with the 5M health protocol is still not satisfactory, the zoning map of compliance with wearing masks from data from 8 sub-districts in Indragiri Hilir Regency, only 1 sub-district has a good level of compliance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of visitor compliance in supporting health protocol policies at the Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional General Hospital in 2021. This type of research is a qualitative study with a Rapid Assessment Procedure design. Informants were selected based on their needs using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document review and observation. The results showed that the implementation of health protocols was still very low due to lack of motivation from officers and lack of understanding of patients and families regarding health protocols in order to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The health promotion of the Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional General Hospital has been going quite well, but there are still several things that need to be addressed, one of which is empowering patients and families to implement health protocols when going in and out of the hospital.Keywords: health promotion; hospital; Covid-19; health protocol ABSTRAK Protokol kesehatan adalah aturan dan ketentuan yang harus diikuti oleh semua pihak agar dapat beraktivitas secara aman pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan 5M masih belum memuaskan, peta zonasi kepatuhan memakai masker dari data 8 kecamatan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, hanya 1 kecamatan yang memiliki tingkat kepatuhan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan pengunjung dalam mendukung kebijakan protokol kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puri Husada Tembilahan Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan desain Rapid Assessment Procedure. Informan dipilih berdasarkan kebutuhan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui cara wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan protokol kesehatan masih sangat rendah karena kurangnya motivasi dari petugas serta kurangnya pemahaman pasien dan keluarga mengenai protokol kesehatan dalam rangka mencegah penularan virus Covid-19. Promosi kesehatan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puri Husada Tembilahan sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu dibenahi salah satunya adalah melakukan pemberdayaan kepada pasien dan keluarga untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan saat keluar masuk rumah sakit.Kata kunci: promosi kesehatan; rumah sakit; Covid-19; protokol kesehatan]]>
