Adolescent girls are one of the groups that have a high risk of anemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the knowledge of adolescent girls about anemia at SMAN 5 Tangerang Regency. This study was conducted with a cross-sectional design. The research sample was taken using the Lameshow formula and obtained a sample size = 96, which was selected by quota sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed descriptively, then continued with hypothesis testing using the Chi-square test. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of the roles of health workers were good (67.7%), the majority of teachers' roles were good (54.2%), the majority of family roles were (58.3%), and the majority of knowledge levels about anemia were good (55 ,2%). The results of the hypothesis test showed that the p-values for each factor were: the role of health workers = 0.014, the role of the teacher = 0.017, and the role of the family = 0.002. It can be concluded that the factor most related to adolescent knowledge about anemia is the role of the family.Keywords: anemia; knowledge; adolescent girlABSTRAKĀ Remaja putri merupakan salah satu kelompok yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap kejadian anemia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang anemia di SMAN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan rumus Lameshow dan diperoleh ukuran sampel = 96, yang dipilih dengan teknik quota sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, lalu dilanjutkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peran tenaga kesehatan adalah baik (67,7%), mayoritas peran guru adalah baik (54,2%), mayoritas peran keluarga adalah (58,3%), dan mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan tentang anemia adalah baik (55,2%). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai p untuk masing-masing faktor adalah: peran tenaga kesehatan = 0,014, peran guru = 0,017, dan peran keluarga = 0,002. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan pengetahuan remaja tentang anemia adalah peran keluarga.Kata kunci: anemia; pengetahuan; remaja putri
