Abstract

Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan sistem persediaan berbasis teknologi dan digital marketing pada Plastik MPM. Projek ini menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara langsung dari pemilik mitra Plastik MPM. Data yang terkumpul kemudian akan digunakan sebagai referensi bahan dasar untuk merancang sistem berbasis enterprise resource planning beserta digital marketing yang cocok untuk diterapkan pada Plastik MPM. Luaran akhir dari praktik ini adalah sebuah aplikasi bernama advanced inventory manager yang dirancang menggunakan appsheet beserta desain logo, pendaftaran google maps dan sosial media untuk memenuhi standar digital marketing. Hasil dari implementasi luaran tersebut berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi kegiatan operasional Plastik MPM, sedangkan penerapan digital marketing tersebut berhasil meningkatkan eksistensi mitra dalam dunia digital.

Abstract

Financial technology offers various types of benefits to its customers. This makes the development of the financial technology industry dependent on how the industry can always provide a good and effective customer experience. Studies that discuss customer experience financial technology are still very few. Therefore, this study aims to test whether there is an effect of customer experience on customer loyalty intentions in using financial technology. This study uses the PLS-SEM method to test several hypotheses. The results show that customer experience is positively influenced by perceived value, customer service, service speed and perceived innovation. Then there is also a significant positive effect of customer experience on loyalty intentions. Meanwhile, ease of use and self-confidence have no significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is not only focus on how macroeconomic factors can influence stock return, but also to determine how macroeconomic factors can influence stock return if associated with COVID-19. The paper uses secondary data with research methods quantitatively with type of causal comparative. The regression method used is panel data. This study uses companies that listed in the IDX High Dividend 20 as a sample by using purposive sampling method and resulted in total of 28 companies as samples. The result of this study found that exchange rate, interest rate, and dummy variable positively significantly influenced stock return. Additionally, it was also found out that inflation influenced stock return negatively and significantly. While the moderating test resulted in COVID-19 strengthening the influence of exchange rate, GDP, and money supply towards stock return. COVID-19 is also found to be weakening the influence of gold price towards stock return.
