This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion through social media Instagram on purchasing decisions at a chocolicious cake shop in Makassar City. Customer Study of Chocolicious Cake Shop on Jln A.P. Pettarani Makassar. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with a total sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is a simple regression analysis using SPSS 24. The results showed that promotion through social media Instagram had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the t count> t table (6.564> 1.671). Chocolicious products are accepted by the public and also show that indeed social media has an important role in conveying information such as introducing products to the general public if we are good at using them.

The virus that is currently endemic throughout the world is the Covid-19 virus. Covid-19, which was declared a pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020, can enter the human body through the mucosa of the eyes, nose and mouth. The number of victims infected with the Covid-19 corona virus is increasing every day in Indonesia. One of the innovations in preventing the corona virus is the use of herbal ingredients to maintain body resistance in the New Normal period . This can keep the body healthy and fit, and can prevent and kill harmful bacteria in the body. So that the immune system will increase. Examples of the use of herbal ingredients, namely temulawak, turmeric and ginger, can be used as raw materials for herbal medicine or herbal medicine. The activity is expected to increase the knowledge of the community and students regarding the potential use of herbal medicine, an Indonesian herbal medicine to increase endurance. The method used is online via Zoom Meeting using the speaker presentation method to the participants. The results of the activity, namely consuming herbs, Indonesian herbs can help increase body resistance in the New Normal period.

Beberapa tahun terakhir kondisi pandemi covid-19 yang luar biasa seperti saat ini memberikan dampak yang luar biasa pada masyarakat. Tanggal 2 Agustus 2021, terdapat 38.480.764 kasus Covid-19 tercatat positif dan tercatat sebanyak 573.053 meninggal akibat Covid-19 yang terjadi di Asia Tenggara. Di Indonesia sendiri diketahui terdapat sebanyak 3.440.396 positif dan 95.723 kematian. Upaya mengatasi kasus Covid-19, untuk diri sendiri ataupun untuk keluarga dan orang sekitarnya, maka diperlukan panduan bagi masyarakat, salah satunya dengan mengonsumsi vitamin. Beberapa nutrisi yang paling sering disebut dan direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan fungsi sistem imun tubuh adalah vitamin berperan sebagai imunomodulator, yaitu substansi dalam tubuh yang dapat mempengaruhi sistem imun, dengan menguatkan respon imun atau menekan imun agar tidak bereaksi berlebihan terhadap zat asing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu daring via zoom meeting menggunakan metode presentasi narasumber terhadap peserta. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dan mahasiswa/i mengenai Edukasi Vitamin sebagai Pembentuk Innate Immunity dan Adaptive Immunity di Masa New Normal

Research objectives 1 ) To analyze marketing strategies in increasing sales at Domami Stores, Manggala District, Makassar City 2) To determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in increasing sales at Domami Manggala Shops, Makassar City. The type of research carried out is with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was carried out at the Domami Manggala shop located Antang Jl. Nipa-Nipa No. 85b, Manggala District, Makassar City. Data sources are primary and secondary data. The focus of the research is marketing strategy. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study explain that 1) The marketing strategy used by Domami Manggala Stores in increasing sales is to apply the concept of marketing mix, starting from product selection, where the products offered are different. different with prices starting from Rp. 15,000 to a price of Rp. 50,000 which can be reached by all people, taking places in strategic locations, and promotions are carried out in 2 ways, namely Online and Offline, Online using social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Gojek, as for Offline installing shop front banner. 2) Supporting factors are strategic location, product introduction on social media, and the inhibiting factor is decreasing consumer purchasing power and preferring to produce their own

Basically every human being needs service, it can be said that service cannot be separated from human life. This study aims (1) to find out the description of the cooperative administrative service system for the Prosperous Peddler Cooperative in Samsat Makassar City. (2) To analyze the factors that support and hinder the administrative service system for the welfare cooperative cooperative in the Samsat city of Makassar. The type of research used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observations, interviews, and documentation with data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the administrative service system in an institution, especially in the welfare cooperative, of course, the main concern is human resources. To provide services to consumers, reliability and professionalism in providing a service quickly, accurately and satisfactorily are needed in order to create customer satisfaction.

Obat tradisional merupakan bahan atau ramuan bahan berupa tumbuhan, hewani, mineral dan galenika yang digunakan secara turun temurun dalam pengobatan di masyarakat. Berdasarkan laporan Badan POM sepanjang Desember 2016 sampai dengan November 2017 menemukan sebanyak 39 produk obat tradisional mengandung bahan kimia obat dan 28 produk diantaranya tidak memiliki izin edar Badan POM atau ilegal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan dan pemahaman akan obat tradisional yang berbahaya dan mengandung bahan kimia obat tanpa pengawasan BPOM yang diedarkan secara luas. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pertanyaan pretest dan posttest yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah pemberian materi, hal tersebut dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta. Hasil statistika menunjukkan nilai pretest memiliki rata-rata sebesar 24,88 dan 57,33 untuk nilai posttest, selain itu uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 (<0,05) yang artinya terdapat perubahan pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah pemaparan materi. Pemberian edukasi terkait obat tradisional oleh pemateri dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai keamanan dan bahaya obat tradisional mengandung bahan kimia obat.

This study examines the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance at the Inspectorate Office of Maros Regency. The sample for this research was 80 employees who were randomly selected using a random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The study results a show that competence and work discipline positively and significantly impact employee performance. This shows that increasing competence and work discipline can improve employee performance. In addition, further research can be carried out using a larger sample and examining other factors that can affect employee performance. This research implies that the management must pay more attention to competency development and improving employee work discipline. The recommendation from this research is that the administration must provide training, education, and skill development to employees to improve competence, as well as provide appropriate supervision, sanctions, and rewards for employees who are not/disciplined.

This research is to test and analyze: (1) The effect of educational level on employee performance. (2) The effect of training on employee performance. (3) The effect of the level of education and training simultaneously on the work performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit-PS Tompobulu 1 Maros Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using exact science, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The time used in this study was one month from January 2023 from the issuance of the permit. study. The results of the study show that: (1) The level of education has a significant effect on employee performance, with t count = 5, 972 > t table 1.671 and a significance of 0.000. (2) Training has a significant effect on employee performance, with t count = 7.568 > t table 1.671 and a significance of 0.000. (3) The level of education and training simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance, with f count = 261.908 > f table 3.16, and a significance of 0.000.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Implementasi program CSR PLTA Bakaru kepada masyarakat. (2) Faktor-faktor pendukung dalam implementasi program CSR. (3) Faktor-faktor penghambat dalam implementasi CSR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PLTA Bakaru dari bulan Oktober-November 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) PLTA Bakaru telah mengimplementasikan program CSR dari tahun 2010-2021, kecuali sepanjang tahun 2016-2018 PLTA Bakaru tidak melaksanakan program CSR karena usulan anggaran yang dibuat ke Unit Induk tidak disetujui karena pada waktu itu Unit Induk berfokus pada Kantor Area yang berkaitan dengan distribusi pelayanan pelanggan secara langsung. (2) Faktor Pendukung dari Implementasi CSR adalah pihak PLN sebagai pemegang kewenangan, pemerintah desa selaku yang mengetahui situasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat serta masyarakat setempat sebagai penerima manfaat program CSR. (3) Faktor penghambat dari implementasi CSR adalah komunikasi yang kurang intensif antara pihak PLN dengan masyarakat dan faktor jaringan internet.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kredit serba guna (KSG) terhadap pertumbuhan kredit di BPR Hasamitra Cabang Daya, Kec. Biringkanaya Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan dan, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya sumbangan pengaruh kredit serba guna terhadap pertumbuhan kredit di BPR Hasamitra Cabang Daya, Kec. Biringkanaya Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dan Koefisiensi Determinasi (KD) yang diolah dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 IBM dan waktu penelitian 30 September–30 Oktober 2022. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung = 5,643 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan KSG memberikan kontribusi sebesar 19,8% terhadap Pertumbuhan Kredit. Kata Kunci: BPR Hasamitra, Kredit Serba Guna, Perumbuhan Kredit
