Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi  terjadi secara cepat , tidak terkecuali dalam bidang pendidikan. Untuk mampu mengikutinya maka perlu ada upaya untuk mempercepat pembelajaran mengenai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi tersebut terutama kepada anak-anak. Oleh karena itu Mahasiswa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Pamulang mengadakan kegiatan Pelatihan dan Pengenalan Dasar Microsoft Office Word pada Siswa SDN Tenjo 1. Selain sebagai wujud penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan memberikan pengetahuan dasar-dasar pengoperasian Microsoft Office Word. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  ini dilaksanakan pada Sabtu 24 September 2022 selama 3 jam dan bertempat di SDN Tenjo 1. Kegiatan dimulai dengan memberikan paparan materi dasar tentang dasar-dasar pengoperasian Microsoft Office Word meliputi pengertian, kegunaan, fungsi-fungsi perintah yang ada pada Microsoft Office Word. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mempraktekan secara langsung bagaimana cara menggunakan perintah-perintah yang ada didalam Microsoft Office Word. Di akhir kegiatan di dapatkan bahwa para peserta mampu menguasai dan menyerap materi yang diberikan. Diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini para peserta mampu memanfaatkan ilmu yang mereka dapat untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama di era globalisasi ini.

Abstract

Abstract This report is entitled "Design of the Personnel Information System at CV. Mella Vista Web-Based Printing". The data collection method used in this study was through direct interviews with the administration section and through literature studies. From the results of the interviews, it was found that the staffing process at CV. Mella Vista Printing is still done manually, so errors often occur in the data collection process. Then, in the current era, we can take advantage of the development of information technology, one of which is a web-based information system. The purpose of designing this staffing information system is to facilitate the staffing process at CV Mella Vista Printing. In the system development method, the writer uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Then, in designing a staffing information system, the writer presents it in UML (Unified Modeling Language) form, which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Normalization, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Table Relations. With the existence of a web-based employee information system, employees can reduce errors in the staffing process so that it is faster and more accurate.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology in today's digital age, can increase profits and expand the reach of their business. After the Internet came, this development happened very quickly. Businessmen can now trade their goods in a new way provided by the Internet, called e-commerce. Mobile apps and websites are one of the most popular forms of information technology and are easily accessible by many people. In this study, data is collected through observation and direct review of the research site to find out the condition at PT Nearby Digital Indonesia. In addition, we use a library study method, which collects data through references from various sources, including articles and journals related to this research. After evaluating the research system, the researchers proposed a sales information system. Better systems will make it easier for employees to manage data and transaction reports. Data Processing Efficiency: PT Nearby Indonesia can process transaction data easily thanks to its planned information system. The process of recording transaction data is done automatically, which saves time and avoids human error. In addition, the easy-to-do merging and calculation of transaction data with this system speeds up the processing process.
